to make a long story short, was in a horrible motorcycle accident back in the day and almost died. Had a very small chance of living. Traumatic brain injuries, fully recovered. But those doctors and surgeons telling me that like I shouldn't have memory, I shouldn't be able to talk, I shouldn't be able to think the way that I think, there should be a lot of issues with me. They're like, you get a second chance in life, what are you going to do with it? And so I decided I wanted to train to be a Navy SEAL. So during this training, how do you get into that industry? How do you get mentors in there? It's not by slacking, or it's not by not doing what you say you're going to be doing. It's not by being arrogant and all this stuff. I mean, regardless of what you think about that community, it's, it's largely very low ego, high teamwork, high communication, always taking ownership of when you mess up. And so I had met this Navy SEAL locally. I wanted him to take me under his wing.
