I think it's important that people know we do not have it figured out. We are learning new things every day, trying new things every day. And so if you look at us on LinkedIn and you think Evernest has it all figured out, that is not the case. We are still deeply, you know, trying to figure out what it looks like at scale. But today we're, we're very departmental. To get the benefits of scale, you really need to be departmental. And it's interesting because when we first started, we did everything. We, we weren't very focused on one part of the business. We were all generalists and we were all doing all parts parts of the business. But as we've grown, to get the benefits of scale, you've got to start to specialize and hire specialists. And so that's what we've done. We have whole departments that are doing things like resident collections and leasing and underwriting. And those people wake up every day and they're worried about one thing. It takes a really talented person to manage 300 homes and do all those things his or herself. But as we get bigger, it's just way easier to train, you know, one specific thing.
