Remote team member talent. Remote team member talent is not new. It's a great way to improve your business. But what's new is that we've increased the talent pool size. So we, as Crane, we fill two pools of talent. One would be general admin talent. The other pool is those who have property management experience, and we have increased the size of our property management pool. So we are putting 10 administrative candidates each month, and now we'll be putting 15 PM candidates each month. So right from within Crane HQ, you can view their profiles, their resumes, their interview videos. You can then select that you are interested in them. That takes them kind of off the market, gives you an exclusive time to interview. And then if it works, great. If it doesn't, you can do the other candidates, but each month we are putting new people in here.
