An owner that rents $2,000 and is losing, you know, what, like over $100 a day in vacancy loss, like won't pay $120 for a photo. Do the math for them because they're thinking in a vacuum. They're not thinking about the big picture. And then if they still push back, there's just not the right client for us. Like we, we have a standard as an operator that we want to meet in terms of like quality listing, quality of photos, those sorts of things. I just, I don't have time for those customers. Like you can go be a slumlord somewhere else. You're not going to do it under our umbrella. And maybe that's also the benefit of being a little bit bigger and scaled is we can, we can have those conversations is where we can be a little bit more, dig our heels feels it and say, no thank you. Like, good luck. You can go find someone else. Our time is valuable. We're going to spend it on the people who, who this matters to. Totally.
