me about like what was the nature of the client? Like, was it one client with 100 single families or was it multifamily and kind of what happened?
We actually didn't learn our lesson the first time, went in the second one and learned our lesson. And so this is kind of how it unfolded. And I want to start by saying, in case some of the clients listen to this, the clients are phenomenal investors, great people, excellent people, would love to do business with them in a different capacity, just excellent people. So nothing wrong with the client. If I say fired the client, it's not necessarily any hate towards them. But with that said, we actually had a client with about 150 units, beautiful properties who who put his nephew, who was maybe 20 years old, in charge of the management company. But the nephew was getting paid for this and had this responsibility. The nephew would be like, hey, I'll call that flooring guy. I got a different guy I can call. I'll call him. Wouldn't call him for 2 weeks. It would get back to this property still vacant. People would be upset. All this would get back to ownership. The nephew would tell the ownership that we didn't make the call.
