I have an incredible team. I am so blessed, so appreciative, so grateful for the people we have here doing all the actual work because I'm just in meetings all day talking to people and I don't want them to be stuck with a problem. And certainly onboarding at the very beginning when I first started my company, like the first 100 doors, yeah, we've got some people that probably aren't the greatest fit. But over time continuing to refine and talking with my ops team around, hey, how did this onboarding go? Because in addition to the onboarding call that I do, I also have my PM and MC sit in on the call with me, with the owner. Everyone's aware, so they all get to know each other during this onboarding call.
