We made it 52 minutes. I mean, I'm impressed. Yeah. Yeah. So for AI, we do use Claude. We have a company cowork and different logins for different team members. And we've built out some different artifacts in there. We don't use it because AppFolio restricts API access. We don't have a lot of uses within there. They just introduced Claude Connect, but it's just a connector. It's not a true API access. So it can't really do much in there at this moment.
