So as far as the marketing side of things, to get where I've gotten, I haven't spent a dollar in advertising. I initially built a website when starting the company 2 years ago. It's a single page scroll, and so not a fancy website. With that said, I've already been in the industry for a while and I belong to different groups, whether it's our local property management organization. I also belong to a BNI group. I don't do any chamber stuff, but those are 2 key places. And then in addition to that, just know a number of loan officers and realtors and provide advice and recommendations to them when they have tricky tenant situations or need rent comps. And those are my main growth engines.
