I want to tell you about conferences for property managers this fall. AppFolio Future. So a few years ago, AppFolio switched up their conference strategy and they're actually running a show not just for users of AppFolio, but for all of real estate and property management. They call it Future and it's, it's actually one of the best conferences of the year. It's put on in such a way that it's more almost like a tech conference than a property management conference. They usually have some big product announcements and their trade show is unlike any of the other trade shows on on the property management circuit. It's much more kind of fancy. It's got a high-end feel. All of the booths are kind of standardized in the way that they look and the size and their decoration, I guess. So it's, it's kind of cool to go to a different style of conference. It's in San Diego, which is an awesome place to be just about any time of year. So I'm actually headed to this one as well.
