Is the relationship between software and banks and property managers going to change in the near future, or do you think this is just kind of a lot of sizzle and not much steak?

I don't think she's ever done or said anything wrong or to upset anyone. Her and her company have an incredible reputation, and that's something you can't buy, whether you're a new guy or whatever. Peter, 3 months ago, we had certain things we're doing that are slightly different today because of AI. And we approved a budget back in December that we're completely redoing.
