Lease Renewal LIVE Process Build - LeadSimple

Peter Lohmann builds a lease-renewal workflow in LeadSimple using AI to generate stages, custom fields, and email templates from a natural-language description. He configures routing logic so resident choices automatically advance the process, then sets up an Autopilot rule to launch renewals 90 days before lease expiration.

Hey guys, Peter Lohmann here, and I'm about to do a live process build of our lease renewal process here at my property management company. So if you don't know me, my name is Peter Lohmann. I own a residential property management company in Columbus, Ohio. We manage about 700 doors and we use a tool called LeadSimple to help us run all of our processes. So our move-in process, our move-out process, our lease renewal process, our new owner process, they all run through a workflow tool called LeadSimple that integrates with our property management software. We use Buildium, but LeadSimple, I think, integrates with all the major softwares like AppFolio, Rentvine, Rent Manager. So whatever software you're using, it's probably going to work pretty similar for you. So what I'm going to show today is a live process build out for a lease renewal process. So LeadSimple has introduced a bunch of new features to their process tool recently. It's been a long time since I did a process build in LeadSimple, and I wanted to jump back in and kind of familiarize myself with the tool as it stands today, including some of their new AI AI-assisted process builds that I think are going to make this whole, this whole process of building a process much simpler and easier. So you're going to get to see me kind of stumble through this in real time. I haven't really practiced this. I mean, I stepped through it. I spent maybe like 5 minutes stepping through it just to make sure I could get started in the right way. But I think this is going to be pretty fun because this is a powerful tool. It's instrumental in what has gotten my company to the point where I'm able to take a month off every year. And it's really the backbone of a lot of the core process work that happens at my management company. So let's jump in. I have LeadSimple pulled up here. I'm logged in. Let's go to our process section here. And we're going to click, uh, we'll just collapse this. So these are all of our existing processes that we have, but we're going to click create new and we're going to build a new process. Now, again, I'm kind of doing this live. So all of the mistakes and errors and, and stuff I'm figuring out as we go, you're going to see it. So bear with me, but let's just call it, let's just call it PL Demo Lease Renewal. All right. So the item name, let's just ignore that for now. Category. It looks like it automatically selected the category of process. This is a new thing in LeadSimple where it actually knows about the common processes that property managers build. It correctly identified that we're about to build a lease renewal process. Gee, I wonder how it figured that out. Probably because we used the word lease renewal. And okay. We've got create without guide, set up workflow. Why don't we do set up workflow? All right. So it says this process has no stages yet. Set up with a guide, describe it in chat. Let's do set up with a guide. This is all new, by the way. This is new to LeadSimple from what I've seen in the past. Okay. Out of what you have here, messy is fine. So we can paste checklists and meeting notes. We can attach working documents. So I, I do, we, you know, we have a lease renewal process. I'm, I want to sort of rebuild it, but rather than using what I already have, let's just, let's type out what we would want a lease renewal process to do. I just want to see if this works. So let's say something like, so for me, the lease renewal process really kicks off about 90 days before the tenant, their current lease is up. That's when we first want to start contacting that tenant to find out. You know, do they want to renew and go from there? So let's say 90 days before the lease expires, we kick off the lease renewal process. First, we email the resident to find out if they want to renew the lease. This is a crazy thing to be able to do is just type out what we want the process to do rather than having to like manually build it every single stage and every single process. So if they don't want to renew, we start the move-out process for that unit. If they do want to renew, we need to, we need to determine the lease amount, market rent, which is like, that's basically the market rent. So kind of like a market rent analysis. We need to confirm the property owner wants to renew the lease and is okay with the amount, right? So we, you know, most property owners want to, want to know before we extend a lease renewal, because the property owner may want to sell the property or move into the property. So we want to make sure that, that the property owner knows what's going on. All right. So then what do we want to do? So assuming the owner approves, email the resident an offer of renewal. If they accept, send lease renewal for e-signature. Okay. And LeadSimple has a new e-signature tool, which should make this pretty easy. All right. I'm going to copy in some notes here that I took just because this has taken a little bit too long. If they decline or counteroffer, work with the owner and tenant on price till everyone is in agreement, then send the lease renewal for e-signature. If all tenants want to go month to month and the owner agrees, then we move to a month to month stage. So that's kind of a special thing here. Once we have the signed lease renewal back from the tenant, we countersign. Then we send the lease renewal doc to all the parties, including the owner. We upload it to Buildium and Dropbox. Then we update the Buildium lease terms with the new rent amount and any other changed terms like lease end date, and we charge the rental owner our lease renewal fee in Buildium. If the resident wants to go month to month, we update the Buildium lease terms with the new rent amount and any other changed terms. So this should look pretty familiar to your lease renewal process. Most lease renewal processes are gonna look something like this. And I'm really curious to see what the system is going to do from here. So let's click analyze material. And I think what's going to happen is it's going to use AI to turn this into a process based on its familiarity with all the other lease renewal processes in the system. So the ability to create a process by just typing rather than manually using the builder tool is Pretty phenomenal if this works. Okay. So it found roles. It thinks there's going to be roles for the process, which is true. And it's, it's asking to map these roles that it believes are going to be part of the process to roles I already have in my system. Leasing assistant matches to leasing assistant, leasing lead to leasing lead, property manager, property manager. That all sounds good. Let's click continue. Here's the revised— here, here's the reviewed setup the assistant will use to draft stages and steps. You can still go back and change any answer before proceeding. Okay. So this is basically what it's going to use, what it thinks our process is going to look like. Let's just click build workflow. Let's just assume that it knows what it's doing. All right. So what's happened here? We've opened up the stages and workflows portion of the process. So you can see it created the PL Demo Lease Renewal. And we're in the settings right now. I can tell just from the backend that this is like the backend of the stage setup. And over here is the Process Assistant AI on the right-hand side. Yeah, so we can click this to open and close that tab. So the AI is talking to us about reviewing the blueprint, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah. Says ready, 7 operations. It's going to add our stages. Sure, go ahead and add the stages. Let's, let's do it. Okay, boom. Look at that. Here's our stages. So it, this is basically its idea of what it thinks the stages should be based on what I told it for the lease renewal process. Now a stage is a major milestone in the completion of a process in the, in the LeadSimple parlance. So we've got renewal outreach, non-renewal handoff, price and approve, offer negotiate, month to month, lease execution, records and closeout. That looks pretty great to me. So let's start by having it build the renewal outreach. Now we can go in and change any of these. There's no reason we need to stick with what they did, but I would just want to let it build. I want to let it cook first before I start changing anything, just so it knows, because it knows what it already built. Add lease expiration field. Sure. Link tenant renewal choice. Sure. Confirm lease expiry. Sure. Let's just hit accept remaining. So it's building the steps here under the renewal outreach stage. So it built a step called Confirm lease expiry, ask renewal intent, and record resident choice. Sounds plausible. And it's made some decisions here around custom fields and a stop task. It's got an email here, but let's just keep letting it roll through this. So now it's building the non-renewal handoff stage. And it's asking us a question here. Non-renewal handoff is empty, but its only reviewed step requires a specific move-out process target. The brief does not identify which available process Should be started, and doesn't want to select one by assumption. Which process target should start move out process use? For example, should it be LSU move out process, old lease ending process, copy of lease ending process, or another available target? So I'm pretty sure it should be reorg lease renewal process or renew reorg move out process. I think is. The right one that it should be using. Let's try that. Oh yeah. Reorg lease ending process. That's what we called it. There we go. Oh, it said not found. All right. Let's just decline that and we'll let it continue building the next stage. I think we can do this manually. So add step, uh, create process. The step create process target process should be reorg lease lease reorg lease ending. Yep. There we go. So that's for some reason it was having trouble. And that should be automatic. Yep. It's just going to be an automatic thing. I'll probably leave it in manual just in case we accidentally move. A process into this step. I don't actually want to trigger a move out for somebody, but you know, once we went live with this process, that would be an automatic. Okay. And then all these other settings, you know, we really don't need to change any of these conditions and timing. Now this all looks good. Yeah. I'm happy with that. Let's bring the AI assistant back up. What does that switch do? Okay. So this is the automatic manual switch right here. All right. So now it's trying to build the price and approve. So basically, so let's, let's accept, create a market rent field. Sure. Create owner approval field. Sure. Link new rental rate. Sure. Determine market rent. Let's just accept remaining 3. Let's just let it cook. Okay. So it built that whole process. Determine market rent, obtain owner approval, set renewal rent. Great. And it correctly identified obtain owner approval as like a phone call, because that really should be a phone call to the owner. And then set renewal rent. It's creating conditional fields. Let's continue. We'll just hit accept on all the offer and negotiate. And once this is all done, I'm going to kind of go through it one by one. I just want to let it build everything first. Just, I'm curious, honestly, just how fast it can do this. So right now it's building the month to month. Let's hit accept. Accept remaining. Continue building lease execution. Okay. Looks good. Continue building records and close out. This is the last step. Distribute executed lease. Yes, we'll just accept on all that. Okay. Proposal review complete. Any applied changes save automatically. Going live is optional and separate. Okay. This is great. So what we're looking— I'll close the AI assistant for now. What we're looking at is actually the new LeadSimple process editor view. So you might be familiar with the old view of this process builder. And let's see if we can actually pull up the old view. I'm pretty sure there is a way. Oh yeah. Stages and workflow legacy. So this is what you might be familiar with. This is how the old view looked like. So this, yeah, like all of our processes were built using this view, but LeadSimple has a new view. This is the new view of the same. What were we looking at here? Let's just go to renewal outreach. So this is what the old view looks like. And if we go to the same stage in the new view, let's click. Yeah, here's renewal outreach. Everything's just kind of on one screen. So you're not clicking back and forth between the different stages. You can kind of see like more of a cohesive global view of your whole process. The other cool thing that they added a while ago is view diagram. These aren't connected together yet. So there isn't much to see. We'll come back to this as we link these together. Okay. So let's— the only other thing I saw it didn't do for us is it doesn't have a completed stage. So Let's add a stage that's, let's say completed lease renewed. So that'll be like the done stage for if they renewed the lease. Let's add, oops, let's add another stage called completed tenant vacating. So that's like tenant's going to be moving out. And the reason I like to have these different completed stages here is it lets you really quickly and easily run some analysis on your lease renewal rate. So we're going to call it, and I'll explain that in a second, completed month to month. So in this case, the tenant decided to go month to month. Whoops. What happened here? Did I not save this? Completed tenant vacated. Tenant tenant is vacating because they may not have vacated yet, but they're going to vacate. The reason I like to have the three different completed stages here is then you can run reports and export data on this process, and you can see the outcomes really easily by the stage names on what happened. So it's really easy to tell at a glance, like, what was the outcome of this lease renewal that kicked off? And let's add a cancel stage as well. Let's call this lease renewal canceled. And you know, you could debate on maybe the completed step should be under— maybe the completed tenant is vacated should be under the canceled stage. Oh, it's not wanting to let me move that too easily down there. We can move that to canceled like that. So canceled tenant is vacating. That might actually make more sense. I could see an argument for that to live over here. Canceled tenant is vacating. Tenant is vacated. Lease renewal canceled. Let's call this canceled. And there's some argument over whether canceled has 2 L's. Canceled other, like canceled other could be like, um, well, we got an extra stage here by accident. How can we delete that? There we go. Could be like if the, um, if the property was demanaged in the middle of the lease renewal process or something, let's add null there just for consistency. Okay. So completed lease renewed, completed month to month. All right. I'm happy with that. Backlog stage. You know, we could even— there's an argument that maybe the renewal outreach could be considered a backlog stage where it's like, it's coming up. We haven't really, you know, started the lease renewal process. For fun, let's just leave that in there. So what does it— what did it do here for our first step? So renewal outreach. So the first step for renewal outreach is confirm lease expiry. So it's going to populate a custom Custom field, and it's going to use the lease expiration date. That's great. So that all looks good. And then it's going to ask renewal intent. So for this, it wants to send an email. And do we actually have a template for this? So there's no email here yet, and that's why it has this exclamation point. It says there's no lease renewal email. You know what? Let's click generate with AI and let's see what it comes up for the lease renewal email. Dear resident, as your lease expiration approaches, we're reaching out to ask about your renewal intentions for property.street. Please reply to this email with your preferred option. Renew my lease, move out at the end of my lease. I'm interested in scouting other options. Please let us know your earliest convenience. If you have any questions, contact, sign your name. Great. That's awesome. So that just saved me a bunch of time. That probably saved me 10 minutes from trying to type up that email and figure out all those, uh, kind of mail merge tags. So, um, yeah, that looks great. So that would be an automatic, which I'm not going to do automatic right now because again, I don't want to accidentally email a tenant, but that is awesome. Okay. Then record resident choice. So these are the custom fields that it created for this process. And if we go over here to custom fields, you can see, um, these are the custom fields specific to this process. New rental rate, lease signing date, tenant renewal choice, owner renewal approval, owner month-to-month approval, lease expiration date, market rent, resident offer response. That all seems appropriate. For a lease renewal. So that's great. Okay. So then let's add a step here because, and maybe we can use AI to do this, but so depending on the resident choice, so basically for the renewal outreach stage, if the resident says they do not want to renew. And that, let's tell it, let's tell it what custom field. That's going to be the tenant renewal choice custom field. Tenant renewal choice. We should automatically move to the non-renewal handoff stage. So I told it for the renewal outreach stage, if the resident says they do not want to renew, we should automatically move to the non-renewal handoff stage. Okay. So it's proposing route on non-renewal, automatically move confirmed non-renewals to the handoff stage. Accept. Boom. Heck yes. Look at that. So it added a change stage step. And it's moving us to the non-renewal handoff, which is correct. And we can make that automatic. So it happens automatically. And now I think if we go to the workflow diagram, yeah, there you can see the stage change shows up indicating this connection that we just made between these 2 stages. So I really like that. Okay. If they do want to renew, so let's go back to our AI friend. If they Let's just copy and paste this whole thing because we're basically going to do something really similar here. Automatically, we're going to automatically move to the price and approval stage. Price and approval stage. So if they, if the resident says they do want to renew, let's tell it that. Let's hit accept and boom. Route confirmed renewal. It's going to move to the price and approve stage. Let's turn on automatic. Love it. This is honestly so much easier and faster than it used to be to build processes. Okay. So for a non-renewal, so we're back in the non-renewal here on the first active stage. So what does it have as the step here? It wants us to create the lease ending process, right? That is, and, and this is the one that we went in and manually added this and fixed it. Let's turn that on automatic. Oh, that's right. I wanted to leave that off. Um, okay. So yeah, this is great. So I think this step is done. The non-renewal handoff is basically just going to create the lease ending and that's it. So I don't think there's really much to do there. Now I've kind of skipped over some of the stuff like, do we want to assign this to a specific person or a role? Like for example, this initial couple of steps here, it assigned to the leasing assistant. You can see right here. And that's fine. These, these steps here, it has assigned to the process owner. Maybe in case it got hung up for some reason, the non Then the step here about assigning it to the lease ending, it has that assigned to the process owner as well. That's fine, but we could change that either to a specific person or to a role. Okay, so all right, let's go to price and approve. And let's see what it put here. So it's asking us to determine market rent. It's basically just kind of a manual step here to approve market rent, or just, sorry, to determine market rent. And then It wants to populate the market rent here. And it's making it conditional on if, if the, if they are renewing, which makes sense. So all of these things can be modified. That looks good to me. And then it wants to, wants you to call the rental owner. And okay, these are a bunch of custom fields stuff, which we don't really need. So we call and get approval from the rental owner, and then we set the renewal rent, which is a custom field. Yep. New rental rate. So it's required before they complete, can complete the task. So that's kind of a newer thing. It used to be that like when you were asking somebody to fill in a custom field, the way it used to work in LeadSimple is you would have to add it as like a description to that step, to that step in the task. But now it actually will let you force a requirement to update a custom field. Before you can move on. So I really like that. One thing I want to determine here is where do you put the notes on how to do the task? Because this is a lot different. Okay. Conditions, timing. I'm not seeing where that is. Because normally there's a place to put notes and it's like instructions on how to do that step. For some reason, I'm not seeing that, but I wonder if we go Into the legacy view. Yeah, it's, it's wild how you can flip back and forth between the 2 views and they both stay in sync. So here, step instructions. That's what I was looking for. Okay. So step instructions actually isn't an option when you have, um, the required field. So all it's, it's basically going to force them to update the required field in order to complete that step. And there's no ability to add instructions for that step. But if you just have a normal to-do, then you can add step instructions. So let's just do blah, blah, blah right here. And then let's go back to the other view. I'm sorry, I'm just familiarizing myself with the new view in LeadSimple. So. Here's blah blah blah content. Okay, so here's where you would put instructions. Here are instructions. Okay, that makes sense. So it just doesn't appear with every task type. That's fine. Okay, let's delete this and determine market rent, obtain owner approval, set renewal rent, and then let's— we're going to automatically move forward. So Instead of asking the AI to do it now though, let's just click add step. We're going to change stage. Let's click on it. We're going to change the stage to offer negotiate because that's going to be the next step. And we'll have that just go automatically. There's no reason not to. So really easy. So now we're in offer negotiate. So this is like when we're going to send the tenant a renewal offer. And so of course it has an email as the task type. And again, I want to go in, I want to just have AI write the email to the tenant. I mean, Lord knows there's enough examples of email to a tenant about a lease renewal offer. So there we go. It wrote the email for us. It's a beautiful moment. And then it's going to say record offer response. And then negotiate renewal terms. So that really— okay. So counter. So basically the custom field called Resident Offer Response has, has these options. When it created the custom field, it gave it some default options of accepted, declined, or counteroffer. So if, if it's a counteroffer, basically that's what this condition is saying is if it was declined or counteroffer. It gives us a step here to negotiate the renewal terms, which I really like. But what I, but what I'm not seeing here is we really want something that says if the resident offer response is accepted in the offer and negotiate stage, automatically move to the lease execution stage. So, but yeah, so we don't really want to hang out in this stage. If the tenant has accepted our lease renewal offer, we want to move along to the next thing. So let's hit accept. And it, I think it completed that faster than I could have done. So it created a change stage to lease execution. Beautiful. I'm loving this AI. This is awesome. I don't think there's anything else like this on the market. All right. Lease execution, send renewal for signature. Yes. And it says step type of e-signature. That's what we want, but it's unhappy with something because we have that exclamation point. Let's go to conditions, timing. What is it unhappy about? Can I hover on this? The step has issues. It says, okay, it does. It wants us to select. That's what it is. Needs configuration. It wants us to select the right template here. Let's do the lease test. And we got to set up all the mail merge tags and everything, which I'm not going to do because that would take too long. But you can see that would be the next step is the e-signature. LeadSimple recently rolled out their own e-signature platform. So you don't have to mess with Adobe eSign or anything. Let me just show you what that looks like in case you haven't seen it. So it's over here on the left-hand side, it's under signatures. So, we've been using this, as you can see, there's a bunch of executed contracts in here. But if you go into templates, we've been using it for the property management agreement. Let me just show you the lease. We've been messing with testing the lease as well. So, if you pull up the source PDF, this is our standard lease template. If we click builder, click builder, this is where you can pull in your template and you can move these fields around. Right. So you can add, so like, you know, here are the initial fields that lead to, this is just like Adobe if you've messed with that. So here are the initials for all the signers. Um, and then, you know, you can obviously add the signature forms down here. So yeah, I mean, it's, it's really powerful and we are using it extensively for The property management agreement. We, we, our lease is really weird and complicated, so we haven't gotten it set up yet in LeadSimple, um, in their, in their e-signature, but I'm looking forward to getting that done. It's on the roadmap. Okay. Let's go back to processes and let's go back to what did we call that? PL Demo. And let's go back to settings. That's where we were. Stages and workflows. Okay. So we are, we are on record. We're on lease execution, send for e-signature, confirm resident signature, countersign renewal. Uh, I think the countersign is probably part of the renewal process flow. But we'll leave it in there as like just a check and we can reorder this and kind of move it up here. If we want to move these around. Yeah, that works. And then we, this is another one where we want to automatically move to the next stage. I'll just do this one manually. Let's go to records and closeout. Uh, move to records and closeout stage. Yeah, I like that better. Oops. Created another one for some reason. I think I did that wrong. Oh no, change stage. Okay. Step type, change stage. For some reason, the icon over here is the same for change stage, and I don't think it's supposed to be. I think the change stage icon is supposed to be something different. Let me just take a note on that. Change stage icon is the same as Task completion in the new builder. Okay. And then distribute executed lease. So we're actually not going to be emailing the lease. Um, we just actually, what we do is we notify the owner with an email, but we don't necessarily attach it. Archive renewal documents. Yes. Update building lease terms. Yes. And again, we're going to Chain. Oh, I guess it does have the same icon here. I don't like that though. I wish it was different. Okay. Change stage. Let's call this move to completed, right? Because this is going to move. We're going to move to completed lease renewed, right? Because we did it. We'll make that automatic. So here are the completion stages, completed lease renewed, completed month to month. You can add steps in these completion stages if you want. Like you could even, you could even add a step in the completed stage that was like email the owner to notify them if you wanted to do that. I think we missed something about month to month as we were going through here, didn't we? Non-renewal handoff. So basically we need to add something about if The tenant wants to go month to month. Okay. That's what we don't have here. Do we have a month to month stage? Yeah, we have a month to month stage here. We need to add that. We missed that. Let's add stage. Let's add a change stage. And we're going to move it to— actually, you know what? It's going to be easier if we duplicate the one that already has the logic. So let's delete this one because this one is conditional on tenant renewal choices renewing. So let's duplicate and we're going to keep it right where it is under renewal outreach. And this one we're going to call, yeah, route confirmed renewal month to month, route confirmed month to month. Let's call it that. Oh, it's created an extra one, of course. So route confirm month to month. We're going to change stage to month to month. There we go. So then here's the month to month stages. We're going to obtain month to month approval from the owner. We're going to record month to month. Then we're going to move to month to month. Okay. That doesn't make sense. We're already in that stage, but what we actually want to do is We want to move to completed month to month. That's what we actually want to do there. So, let's, let's do that. So, now that we've linked a lot of these together, let's look at the visual again. Yeah, so we can actually zoom out a little bit. And here you can see that you have the renewal outreach, and then depending on what their choice is, Either non-renewal, month to month, or I basically, I want to renew, then it goes through all these stages and it kind of graphically— I love this view. This is great. This, this is working exactly like I, that I figured it would. So I like that. And down here we have the canceled stages, which aren't really connected to anything, which, you know, that makes sense. Okay. So Yeah, I think we're about done. What I want to do now is I want to, I want to do like a test. I want to see what this looks like. So let's exit out of the builder and let's actually click test process. So sure, that all looks good. Let's just click. All right. It wants us to pick a, like a date, a due date. Let's hit start test. And okay, we're in a test process. Love it. And we're in the renewal outreach stage. And it's telling me that I need to populate a custom field before I can continue. Capture or confirm the lease expiration date. This date anchors the renewal outreach 90 days before expiry. Okay. So now this is something that with a little bit of fanciness, we could pull this over from Buildium. But let's just go ahead and populate it manually. Let's, let's pretend it expires on November 5th. And let's check it off. Great. So now it's saying ask renewal intent. Ask the resident whether they want to renew. The resident's response is captured in the subsequent auto-renewal task. Great. So it's an email. This all looks good to me. So yeah, my, you know, we could do tests@aol.com or something. Because my email needs to be reconnected, it's not going to let me hit send, but that would be the next step in the stage. And you can see, you can click through all the different stages right here, and it's populating the first step in each stage. Distribute executed lease. There's a completion animation. Yay, we did it. Okay. That's great. The thing I wanted to show before we wrap up this video though, is let's end the test. And I want to go back into the settings and I want to click on autopilot rules. So, okay. We're in draft. So autopilot rules can't be turned on. So is this going to let us— oh yeah. Did you see what I did there? I just clicked. Let me see if I can exit without saving so I can do that again. Or did it just save it automatically? Nope, it didn't save it. So it has— so LeadSimple now has default autopilot templates for the common types of processes that you're going to use in a property management business. So like delinquency, which is rent collection, move in, move out, lease renewal. And guess what? We're doing a lease renewal. So let's click use this template rather than building From scratch, a lease renewal autopilot. I should explain what autopilot is, by the way. So autopilot is rules and logic that will automatically start a process for you. So for example, with the lease renewal process, we want that to start about 90 days before the move-out date on the lease. And we don't want to be like manually looking up all the move-out dates every single week to figure out which ones that we should start. We want the system to automatically start the lease renewal process for us. And even go so far as to automatically email the resident to find out if they're interested in renewing as a first step before a human has to even really do anything. So let's click use this template. And it's asking how often do we want to run this? I actually like to start these weekly rather than daily. That way your team can kind of get in a flow. 6:00 AM. Sure. That sounds great. Renewal outreach. Where do you want to start? Renewal outreach is a great place to start. What conditions do you want to start this? Well, if the lease end date is equal to 90 days, is equal, I would say is less than 91 days in the future, because that way we catch all of them. Active on the PM software is true. Current move lease move-out date is empty. Are there any tenants you want to exclude from starting a lease renewal process? Yes. We do not want to include anybody who's in eviction, for example. So let's see, reorg eviction. We also don't want to include— can I check more than one? Yeah. Yeah. We don't want to include anyone in delinquency. We don't want to include anyone who's already in the process itself, actually. So maybe it does that automatically now. I used to manually have to select that. Yeah, we'll add, we'll add it just in case. We don't want to include anyone who's in a lease break. We don't want to include anyone who's in a lease ending or anything else we want to exclude. We don't want to, we don't include anyone in a property de-management or collections, because if they're in collections, we don't want to renew their lease or a cure. So you can see that like, this is really well thought out as far as What processes we don't want to start. This looks good, so we can hit save. And now it's saved all the rules that we selected for the autopilot. So we can't turn autopilot on, which is actually good because I don't want to actually kick off a bunch of lease renewal processes because that would duplicate the lease renewal process that we already have. But this is good to go. And if you actually The other cool thing they added recently is Autopilot history. So let's actually go into our actual lease renewal process so I can show you that. So here's the actual active lease renewal process at my company. And if we click history, we can see the whole last 30 days of history for this process. And you can see which processes were created. So you can see it last ran because today's Monday. It ran today at 6:00 AM. And it created 4 processes. So these are the 4 property processes. Created 4 new processes for 4 different properties. These are the ones that it created. And you can see this is really similar to the one we just built. So basically it's, it found that all 4 of these properties matched these conditions, and then it kicked off the lease renewal process. For those properties. So yeah, I love that. And I think that is everything I wanted to show you today for our lease renewal walkthrough and build. I hope you found that helpful. Of course, there are a million other customizations and settings you can go into when you are building in LeadSimple. You can automate way more than I showed here today because of the integration with the property management software. But I wanted to at least get an overview of the process somewhere to start from in case you are wanting to automate lease renewals at your property management business and you didn't know where to get started. This should be a good starting point for you. That's all I have for you today. Thank you.
