The biggest party is a collaboration between Second Nature and Appfolio, which invested $75 million in the company. Registration is free but space is limited.
NARPM National back in Vegas this year. NARPM National is an incredible show for anyone in property management. It's the biggest property management conference of the year if you're in residential third-party property management like I am. A couple things I want to mention about NARPM National so it's on your radar. You need to make sure you register with Second Nature's VIP experience. It's free to do this and it gets you a bunch of perks in and around the conference. I think you get to select which perk you want, but one of them that they always have available is luxury rides from the airport. They will actually pick you up. They have people at the airport with these big purple signs, so you can just show up and they'll put you in like a fancy SUV or a limo or something, drive you back to the hotel. It's a fun experience. They do a really good job. So highly recommend registering for their VIP experience. Yes, you're going to get a call from one of their salespeople. It's really not a big deal. If, by the way, we're customers of Second Nature. I think they're a great company. So check them out. Here's something else you need to know about NARPM National. Second Nature and Appfolio have teamed up for the biggest party of the event. And there's a registration form going around. It's linked to my newsletter. It's open to property managers first, so if you're a vendor, you may or may not have room to get into this party. But if you're a property manager, I want to highly encourage you to register for this early. I don't know if they're going to run out of space or not. It's free to register, but famously Second Nature throws incredible parties, and Appfolio actually throws a lot of money at their parties as well. So they've teamed up for this event, which makes sense because Appfolio actually, actually made a $75 million investment in Second Nature a year ago. So they're headlining the party circuit at NARPM National. Make sure there. Uh, unfortunately, I don't think I'm going to be at NARPM National this year, but I'll have like 3 or 4 team members there.
