Peter Lohmann says confidence comes from keeping promises. Start tiny: post a two-sentence Slack update every Monday for eight weeks, or hold a weekly meeting at the same time each week. Consistency rebuilds both your credibility and your belief in yourself.

You have to garner a reputation for doing what you say you're gonna do. It's that simple. And what I recommend is start really small. I would not start with a big new AI project. I would say something like, every Monday I'm gonna give a 2-sentence update on the company in Slack, and then do that for 8 weeks consistently. Dude, you are so spot on. You are so spot on. And then you say, um, you know, we are, we're gonna start meeting with our leadership team, which we're not doing consistently. We're gonna have a meeting once a week, Wednesdays at 12 PM. We're starting right on time. And then do that consistently for 6 weeks and follow the same agenda. That is exactly right. You're spot on. You're building your team, you're training your team, but you're also like rebuilding your own confidence in your ideas and your ability to execute at the same time.
