Here's the problem. We all are aware mostly of federal changes in laws that are going to affect us. That's great. Federal landlord-tenant laws, those make the news. We hear about them. Also, you tend to be pretty plugged in on what's going on in your state in terms of landlord-tenant laws. Those even make the national news sometimes. The problem is all of these dopey little cities and municipalities keep passing their own laws that affect us. Things about rent control, things about city rental registration, things about Section 8, things about code enforcement, things about security deposits, things about criminal history background. We have like 20 different little cities and municipalities that are technically in our service area that are proposing and passing these laws, and it's impossible to keep track of. Not anymore.
It's not. So we're announcing today and releasing our policy and regulation tracker. So any city, municipality, school board that's in a location that has at least 2,000 residents, We have that information and now every day I'm going to get an email that's going to look like this, that has this information, makes it really easy.
There's nothing that gets the attention of a property owner faster than a proposed new law having to do with security deposits, rental registration, criminal background checks, evictions, right? Now you have basically unlimited things to talk about because you can follow each and every one of these issues and each and every city that you manage in. As it works its way through city council. Now it's on his mayor's desk for signature. Now it was passed. Here's what that means for you, right? So this, this is awesome.
