Peter Lohmann talks up MX Summit, an annual maintenance conference in South Dakota run by PropertyMeld. His company sends its director of maintenance every year, and this year she's speaking. Tickets are selling out.
I want to tell you about MX Summit. So PropertyMeld, which is an awesome maintenance coordination platform that we use at my management company, PropertyMeld throws a conference every year called MX Summit. I think MX is supposed to be short for maintenance, and I've gone a couple of times already. It's a lot of fun. They throw a great party. It's in South Dakota. So if you've never been to South Dakota, here's your chance to go. If you are responsible for coordinating maintenance at a property management company, this is probably the number one conference of the entire year. So we send our director of maintenance each year, and this year he's actually speaking at the conference. It's a great time, highly recommend going. Tickets are still on sale last time I checked, so check it out and maybe I'll see you there.
