A property management platform operates five separate divisions: residential, multifamily, HOA management, commercial, and short-term rentals. Each requires its own systems, marketing, and coaching because a single approach doesn't work across them. The company started with one pillar, then created separate franchises for each as it grew.

The 5 pillars that we have in our platform is the residential. That's typically the single-family residential properties. You know, some duplexes and fourplexes fit into residential. We have multifamily pillar, which is the bigger apartment communities, the bigger stuff. We have an HOA pillar. We have commercial property management pillar. And the 5th one being short-term rental. We call them pillars because they are very unique in the way these types of property management systems, processes, the marketing. They're different. Each of those 5 is totally different for sure. Just roll out one training, one marketing style, one coaching style, because each one of these is so very different.
They're so different that we only do one of them. Yeah, like we're scared. I'm scared to try to do these others because I love the job.
Because most, most property managers, especially years ago, they thought we were crazy. And literally 2 years later, after we kind of shown that this is working so much so that we had to create almost like 5 different franchises to accommodate this platform.
