So as a part of that onboarding call, on the tail end of it, I always end with 5 questions. And you would think I have them memorized. I don't. But number 1, what have you liked about this onboarding experience so far? Question number 2, what do you think I missed the mark on, or what did we miss, forget to do? Number 3, what would success look like 1 year from now? What would have to be true? And then there's also a question of, if we do what we actually say we're going to do, would you be willing to leave us a Google review? There's probably something in there I'm forgetting, but that's essentially what I'm asking at the end. And I can only think of 1 to 2 times that anyone's really had a negative thing. I wish you would have sent this all information over ahead of time so I could have prefilled it out and not spent the time. But outside of those one or two, everyone's super happy.
