Peter Lohmann describes a 2027 Grand Canyon rim-to-rim hike organized by Tony Klein for property management operators. The full-day trek is brutal but builds deep relationships among peers in ways typical conferences cannot. Limited spots available on the waitlist.

Tony Klein over at Onx Property Management Coaching just opened up the waitlist for the 2027 Grand Canyon Rim to Rim hike. This is for property management entrepreneurs only. It's a full day of rigorous hiking, and I mean rigorous, crossing the entire Grand Canyon rim to rim on foot. I've actually done this twice before with Tony Klein and his groups. It is brutal, I'm not gonna lie. And it's also one of the best things I've ever done. And to do it with people in the industry just takes it to a whole nother level. There's something about doing something genuinely hard alongside other operators outside of networking at conferences. Actually suffering together for 12 hours builds a different kind of relationship. You form a unique bond with them. If you've got a bucket list itch for something like this, get on the waitlist now. Spots are very limited. Crane's got their own version of this coming up with the Horizons trip to Brazil early next year. Different flavor, same idea. Get outside the office with people who understand your day-to-day struggles, connect, and reset. That's what I have for you this week. I'll see you next time.
