If you haven't heard of Moses Kagan, he is a bit of a legend among real estate Twitter. And there was an interesting community that developed on real estate Twitter several years ago, kind of in the COVID era. That's actually where I really got my start in terms of building a following and starting my podcast and my newsletter. So I really look up to and respect Moses. He operates a real estate and property management business in California, and he has been throwing a conference called Reconvene for several years now. I think it started in 2021 or 2022. And it is unlike other real estate conferences. In fact, there's really no vendors or trade show at all. It's basically an excuse for a bunch of real estate operators and investors to get together, get to know each other, talk shop, and kind of have a good time around Santa Monica. So if you haven't been and you're in any type of a position where you need to raise capital for real estate deals, or if you're looking for real estate operators that you want to be an LP with, basically you're looking for GPs to invest in, this is a must-attend event. It's a little on the pricey side. They are running a promotion right now. I hope I think he's okay with me sharing this, but if you use code RESEED26, you can get $500 off if you buy your ticket by September 20th. Great show, very fun. Check out Moses Kagan on Twitter. He's an amazing follow if you haven't already. And he's very open with what he shares both on Twitter. And I think he even has like a Calendly link if you want to connect with him ahead of time and learn a little bit more about the show, just because it is more expensive. I really shouldn't even call it a show. It's more of a gathering. If you want to connect with him, talk with him for a few minutes, just get a feel for it. But it has my personal endorsement. It's a great time, and he and his wife throw an absolutely incredible event.
