So I think about what taps into our energy. And a lot of times the work that I do with people is to really— that helps to create greater success, even in very successful people, is I ask them, okay, let's, let's look at kind of what you're, what you're doing in your everyday work. What are the things that really give you energy? What are you great at? What do you love to do? And you'll find some people who are like, M&A is my thing. Like, I love it. I love doing deals. I love the whole thing. And M&A compounds value in your company. I mean, it's incredible. So what are the things that they don't like doing? Maybe they don't like, I don't know, managing certain people or departments or teams. So what I want to do, I mean, honestly, often is just kind of pull them into areas that they are exceptional at, that they have energy around, that they love to do, and then look at all the things that drain them. And either strategically place them in, in kind of areas where they can have that energy drain without a penalty, or to kind of hire for those, or to find ways of getting those done. And it is amazing how when you start pulling people into what they love to do and what they're great at and they find energy in, how much further it pushes the company or their career forward.
