Peter Lohmann discusses TurboTenant's new Autopilot service, which automates the most time-consuming parts of managing rental properties without requiring a full property manager. The product targets owners who want to stay hands-on but need help with the frustrating work.
Yeah, so we're at about 3.3, and that's changed as we've grown doors right now within the platform. Okay, cool.
I wanna dive now into the big announcement you guys made. So TurboTenant, you guys launched something called Autopilot, and this, from my understanding, is service for property owners who don't wanna hire a property manager, but they do wanna offload some of the most annoying work, honestly, of self-managing to somebody else. And so you guys probably saw that there was a need for this based on your user behavior and surveys. And so you rolled out this Autopilot product.
