First thing that comes to mind for me, Peter, is orienting around what kind of buying and consumer relationship people think that they have here. What I mean by that is when you contact an airline, Best Buy, Pizza Hut, your kid's school, you have differing expectations that aren't really even stated, just implicitly you have a different set of expectations. And the expectations here, uh, it forms Kind of a shadow or a shape that is worth teasing out because it's a specific kind of relationship when you expect, like, right now. I expect you to get on the phone with me right now. That's not calling into a Fortune 500 corporation and thinking you're gonna get a VP on the phone in the next hour. I don't know, I'd be interested to hear you kind of riff on that. Like, what else would be in that category construct box in your mind?
