AI won't replace property managers, but those who use it will outcompete those who don't. Banks that offer instant funding and faster verification will gain a significant edge over competitors stuck with long wait times and delayed payouts.
We don't know what AI is going to look like in 1, 5, 10, 20 years from now. And I think it's going to be as powerful as everyone says it's going to be. And so we're digging in hard that AI is going to replace a lot of things. I'm very confident it is not going to replace property managers, but property managers that use AI are going to outcompete those that don't. And that's a fact. Same thing applies to banking. If they can figure out a new, better, easier, stronger way to make You know, a lot of people complain about wait times and payout times and it takes too long to pay my owners, and that's where banking really helps. Instant funding, instant verification, that's the kind of stuff banks really need to dig into.
