What are some of the technology partners and softwares that you're using that are, are, have been really helpful and key to being able to grow the business and be so successful in terms of churn and some of your other metrics?
We use AppFolio and PropertyMeld are kind of our 2 biggest things that we use. And then we don't use a LeadSimple or Aply type process software. Just have Google Sheets and people have check sheets that they run through and everything's run through that for different processes that we have built out.
