I think rents are going to stay flat through 2026. I don't see economic stability coming in the near term. And so I would not expect rents to rise or to have, you know, consumer sentiment be positive where people want to move to a bigger place or stretch financially. I think people are, you know, worried about job growth and are buckling down. And so I think you'll continue to see this flattening of the market. I don't think we'll see a crash. I just don't anticipate things getting better.
