Which one do you— would you respect more as an operator, or would you associate in your mind as higher status? Hotel. Hotel? I mean, I would think the guy that owned the apartment building might be smarter, but I would think the hotel operator was hustling more. The hotel has higher risk. I mean, there's market factors, there's vacancy, there's like way more employees. There's like so many— like there's people that are entitled that feel pissed off and like things are, you know, there's escalation paths and there's like— It's 24/7. Yeah, hospitality. And 24 hours a day. Anyone who's run an Airbnb B knows exactly what you have in store trying to run a hotel.
