Do they have like a self-showing lockbox capability or how do you do that?
Well, I don't know if they do or don't, but we don't use a self-showing lockbox. We still old school bring it with a manual lockbox, but it forces us to talk with the people instead of just having an automated system generating a code for someone and gets a chance to get their driver's license front and back, which the other ones can do as well. Just more of a touchpoint that forces us to try and interact with a person to get to know them because getting the wrong person in a rental unit is really painful.
