L10 meetings often fix surface problems instead of root causes. A property sits unleased because of poor marketing, not because it needs a tenant. Many teams also treat values and mission as wall plaques rather than guides for actual decisions and daily work.

Sometimes people, when they have their quote unquote level 10 meetings, they get the habit of sort of having a meeting, but they're not really running it that structured way. And one of the key things that they miss is what I call solving circumstances instead of solving issues, right? So like if, if the circumstance is like, hey, we have this one property, it's been on the market for 3 months and it's not leased yet. Like we really gotta solve this. And so they solve the whole problem of like, all right, what do we need to do about this property? Well, that's fine, but all you've done is solve the circumstance. The issue is, Well, why were you in this situation in the first place? How do you make sure that doesn't happen again? And not enough companies actually solve the issue. Love that differentiation. Yeah. Yep. And then, and then the number 3 thing I'll touch on is, um, is core values, mission, and vision. Too many companies still, they, they pick fluff language, put it on a plaque, stick it on a wall, like, okay, cool, we did it. But it's, it's a language, right? Like when you do it right, it's like, it's how you talk to each other. And you, and every day you are talking about your core values and honoring each other. And how you exhibited those core values. And I, I find that to be really important.
