So in terms of recent developments, I think there's a few things to call out. First and foremost is fee disclosures. If you've read the 2026 Buildium report on market trends, they said that owners are now selecting PMs for compliance and regulation help more so than just, you know, managing your rental stream. They're really looking at PMs as their asset manager and the expert in this space. Keep them out of trouble. Keep them out of trouble. So fee disclosures is something that helps PMs achieve that. So regulation regulatory environment around consumer fees and protections is changing rapidly. States are instituting fee disclosures at a rapid rate.
