When I talk to most property management company owners, even or especially larger owners, and I've had some big owners on the show, they tend to retreat into their tech. And by retreat into their tech, I mean that's what they proclaim as their moat, or they wouldn't use those words, but you know, we have unique technology here. We've implemented AIs in certain ways. We've built out our own in-house thus and such. We have the best technology, the best integrations, the best software. They sort of assume that that's going to result in growth and customer satisfaction and competitiveness with, you know, with other property managers. But what I've heard you articulate has almost— you actually have said the opposite. You're like, whatever your tech is, I can copy that. What you can't copy that we're doing has to do with people, has to do with models and strategies. So I do, you know, that is a different perspective from what I hear from most folks. It's refreshing.
