Today's version of the Coffee with the Old Man is brought to you by Coffee with the Old Man in Paris. I'm standing at the Louvre, outside the Louvre, in the Louvre compound here. Jackie asked me to shoot a video. We're gonna call this one "There's Never a Good Time." You know, we see a lot of people who are so old when they travel, they can't walk, they can't walk upstairs, they can't enjoy what they're doing. And we've waited a long time, but we did a lot of stuff with you guys with sports and insurance stuff. And now that we're traveling to Europe and seeing some stuff on our bucket list, you think back, you're like, you know, Tim Ferriss wrote a book about this called The 4-Hour Workweek, where he called it instead of waiting like normal people retire, they're 65 or 70, then they want to do all their bucket list stuff. And by then their health is, you know, quite often too bad. Take mini trips, save up. It's not unaffordable. There's many ways to get to Europe that are affordable. You can save credit card points. You can just save. I just save. We'll save up for a year, year and a half every month. So we have a big bucket of savings so it doesn't sting as much for us to fly the way we want to and enjoy our vacations the way we want to. Since we're old and your mom's very particular, as you know, we call it high maintenance, but She might call it particular. So don't wait until you think the time is right. You know, it's hard when you have young kids. Before you guys have kids, take a few trips. But even then, take trips, save up, you know, figure ways to squeeze in around holidays if you don't want to take off from work. But just don't wait till it's too late for you to enjoy traveling because there's a lot of walking in Europe. You know, it's everyone's on foot, you You got the metro, and you want to be in good health. A lot of these castles and these, these, uh, like we walked this whole building yesterday, hours and hours and hours of walking. We saw people having to sit down, people in wheelchairs. Some areas aren't accessible, especially like in Rome, lots of stairs, Greece, places like that. So again, don't wait. There's never really a good time. Just do it, plan it, save for it, and do it and enjoy life while you can.
