This content was created by Ramsha Ahmad. This content was uploaded by Ramsha Ahmad. This is a YouTube video titled "Alex Hormozi Told Me THIS After Winning Skool Games." (published 2026-03-21). It's a single-presenter talk in which the host reviews notes from Q4 2025 School Games and shares tactical advice for growing and monetizing Skool-style school communities. Key topics covered: an organic-content funnel (content → CTA → DM → ManyChat → high-value PDF lead magnet), optimizing short-form content for saves, repurposing authentic organic posts as paid ads, small-budget retargeting to stabilize MRR, driving ad traffic to the About Us page instead of complex funnels, and internal ops recommendations (Start Here course, monthly consumable content, community-specific lingo to boost retention). The speaker also references winning School Games, mentions Alex Hormozi and Sam Ovens, and cites results (e.g., scaling a spiritual coach to ~$34–35K MRR).

Welcome back to another YouTube video. Today we're gonna be talking about the school games notes that I took from Q4 of 2025. Now obviously, if you run a school community, everyone's goal is to win school games, right? Every quarter they run school games. All the top 5 winners from each category of school get to go to LA, which is the school headquarters. They get to spend the day with Alex Hormozi and Sam Ovens, which is absolutely insane, especially when you take into consideration that the fact that, you know, Alex charges probably I don't know, you could call it half a million dollars for a day of, you know, hours spent with him. Whereas if you win school games, they literally fly you out and basically pay for your accommodations and stay and everything else when you land there. So these are the notes that I took from school. Before we jump in, I just want to let you know that if you are getting value from these videos, obviously give it a like, shoot a comment. I'm happy to answer all your questions in the comment section. And make sure you guys subscribe to the channel just to make sure that Obviously, you guys can stay up to date with all the content I'm releasing about how you can grow your school community. Okay, so the notes that I took from Q4 2025, I have it laid out here and basically takeaways I took away from organic content, paid ads, and school internal ops. So we'll start here with the organic content. The biggest thing that I took away is obviously content to CTA to DM for a lead magnet to ManyChat, send PDF with value, which has a direct CTA to join school. Okay, so let me break that down a little bit because it sounds confusing as fuck. So basically, you're going to create a piece of content, that content can be on your YouTube channel, it can be on your Instagram, your TikTok, whatever it may be. Okay, obviously ManyChat, you can only use it for short-form platforms, mainly Instagram and Facebook. But you figure out how to get the lead magnet into their hands. But basically, you're gonna create that piece of content. And then you're going to have a CTA for people to DM you for that lead magnet. And then you're going to use ManyChat to send a PDF with value which has a direct CTA in that PDF to join school. This PDF needs to be highly valuable. It needs to be something that you would charge people like $50 for, but in essence, you are giving it to them for free. Okay, you want people to read this lead magnet that you are giving them, and it'd be extremely valuable because the goal is to set them up with something so good for free that your paid stuff must just be out of this world because your free stuff is so good. Now, the second thing I learned for organic content is the number one metric to track for content that drives sales is saves. Okay, a lot of people, whether it be on TikTok, whether it be on Instagram, Facebook, whatever it may be on short-form platforms, you need to be optimizing for saves. A lot of people are trying to get the most likes, or they're trying to get the most views. These are all vanity metrics. And although they are important, and obviously, if a video goes viral, you get that hit of dopamine, and it feels cool. But if you're trying to make money, and you're trying to make more sales and get more people to enroll into your school community, make sure you are optimizing for saves. So go back through your content, identify what has the most saves, And then make more of that type of content. Okay, now the last thing is look at your content that drove the most follows and saves, make more of that content. Okay, it kind of ties into this one as well too, but these are key indicators and metrics that you basically need to optimize for if you want to make more sales with your content. The second thing, and I want to tie this in before I kind of read some of these jaw notes below, but the takeaways I took with paid ads. Now your paid ads operations and content operations are now one. These, these are not two separate individual operations anymore. These two ops coexist now in 2026, and the reason being is the content that works is not highly professional, high production value, highly polished content anymore. All that content, I mean, I'm sure it still works for some creators, but the best kind of content that you can create right now, whether you are someone who makes $1 million a year, whether you're someone who makes like less than $10,000 a month, is to just create more genuine and organic content. Okay, the content that you post organically to your reels, to your stories, to your feed, whatever it may be, the content that does very well in terms of follows and saves, use that content for your ads. Literally take the that post ID, run it as an ad, and then all you need to do is just put a call to action on it to click the link or to opt in for the offer, right? That is all you are doing now in 2026 is you are capitalizing on the good organic content that you've created and you're running that piece of content as an ad. Now, small budget allocated towards retargeting can produce the highest ROI that can manage your churn. This is something that I have even noticed myself with all the communities that me and my partner manage. We are running small budget retargeting campaigns around $25 to $50 a day, and that alone is managing churn and it's even growing the that we are involved in. So even if you are making $1,000 or $2,000 a month in your school community, you can run like a $20 per day ad, and that will just enroll more members into your community that manages the churn. So as people are canceling, you are enrolling more and more members so that you're never really dropping in MRR. Okay, so this is a really easy hack to basically always maintain the same level of MRR. You'll just need to consistently produce more content, get more views, and then retarget that same audience. Okay, the last thing in the paid ads takeaway is the perfect platform would have no ads. So make sure your ads don't feel like an ad, make them feel genuine and like a normal piece of content. Okay, so this all ties into the organic content. The best kind of content that I have found to work really well for myself is literally when I just walk around, and I'm like facing my camera, and just talking to the camera, I have a high clip rate. But the video is usually like around a minute to 2 minutes long. Okay, that piece of organic content produces way better results, whether it's vanity metrics or sales metrics that I'm looking at than any piece of content where I'm sitting down on my desk talking to my camera. Okay, the only content that works like that is my YouTube content. So make sure you're just creating authentic pieces of content, and then run those as ads. Now you must have a strategy for both if you want to grow above $10K per month. So by both, I mean organic content and paid ads content. And then you need to find your best performing content, then run retargeting ads to it driving traffic to the About Us page. Now, all of your ad content should be driving traffic to the About Us page. Okay, there's no reason to be creating funnels anymore. Like by all means you can, and I'm sure that you can take people through a process of educating them and doing that sort of thing. But if you run a community that's like $30 a month or $50 a month, don't add more friction into your sales journey. Just send them straight to the about us page. And I'm telling you, you'll see much better results that way. Okay. Now finally, the takeaways that I took away for the school internal ops. All right. So removing welcome here pinned posts once your community is established, This only serves new members when you can serve them with the same content, or sorry, the same direction and guidance in the classroom section. Okay, so instead of having that pinned post there, especially when your community is established, just create a Start Here course, and then provide them with direction and guidance right there and then. Okay, you can even DM them as well too with automations in the backend of Skool. And you can have, you know, your own profile send people a DM to basically give them like the next steps of what they should do when they join your Skool community. Alright, so super simple. Number 2, there needs to be consumable content on a monthly basis and frequent reminders that new content is coming out soon. Okay. This is really, really important. If no new content is coming out on a weekly or monthly basis, people are going to inevitably churn. And that is not the goal here. You want to retain people for as long as possible. So there needs to be consumable content every single month. So examples of this would be if you run a trading community, you are maybe giving people the top stock picks that you are looking to invest in that month. Maybe you offer trading research, right? So you're researching specific companies every month, you release that research, you know, on 5 different companies, right? Maybe it's on a weekly basis. Maybe you run a sports community. With that sports community, maybe you— it's teaching people training on soccer or football, for instance. And every week you're dropping a new training video on what they can do to improve their explosiveness or their dribbling skills, right? Or, you know, their defense, whatever it may be. So create content that is consumable and release that on a weekly or monthly basis, right? It can even be biweekly, but just make sure it's consumable content, right? And then the last thing, and I actually got this piece of advice from another creator inside the school, School Games, who won, and he basically recommended creating your own little universe and lingo within your community. It can act as a long-term play, and it's an easy way to create the most loyal members who stick around for life. So if you are utilizing like different kinds of like lingo or language or like little things that people can get behind, that's going to create a cult-like following. You're basically creating like culture at this point, right? So ask yourself, what transformation are you providing people? And then this is how you can create more structure to your community and improve lifetime value, right? If you can ask yourself what transformation are you providing people, you can be able to create consumable content that you can come out with on a weekly, biweekly, or monthly basis, which is going to help retention. And then it also It also brings more expertise to the table so that you can create that better culture in that little universe that we talked about in point number 3 here. So ladies and gentlemen, this is basically the school games notes that I took from Q4 2025. We won school games with one of our spiritual coaches, I believe we had scaled them to around $34,000-$35,000 in monthly recurring revenue. We currently have another creator who is in the top 5 as well too for school games of Q1. So we might be winning it 2 quarters in a month, but fingers crossed, knock on wood. But this is basically the notes that I took away. And we started implementing on a serious level with our team for all of our clients. Okay, so as long as you follow these organic content, paid ads, and school internal ops takeaways, your school community will be better off. Alright, if you guys got value from this video, make sure you drop it a like, make sure you can subscribe to the channel if you are trying to grow your school community and you're trying to figure out little strategies and approaches to grow it, whether it's to make more money, improve your retention, increase lifetime value, we're making videos on it.
