Thank you everyone for tuning in to Candid Stories of My Soul. You will love what I have for you today. Stay with us and we'll be right back. Much love and peace to all watching and or listening to Candid Stories of My Soul podcast with myself as the host, Raquel Shelby. From the moment we take our first breath and every experience that follows builds us up and creates the individuals we are today. In life we will experience both the good and the bad, because in order for balance to exist, both must coexist. There cannot be good without bad, nor can there be chaos without peace. We are souls experiencing humanity. The Creator is the author of it all. Rather we believe in a God, source or not, he is within us all and is present at all times, embedded in us like our DNA. You will get to audibly witness many journeys of individuals as they are living, breathing and ever growing. Documentaries in the FL Many will attest to how the Creator was there and many of these accounts will be mind blowing. Please share with your family and friends and enjoy the message we have for you today. Foreign. Hi Mr. Catania, how are you doing today?
I'm doing very well and thank you so much for having me here today. It's an honor and a pleasure to be your guest.
I am so grateful for you coming on the show. You have one heck of a resume. So let's talk about it. You are a clairvoyant medium, a metaphysical teacher, a coach or ordained minister, A master certified life coach. Correct me if I'm saying this wrong. You say Reiki practitioner. Meditation instructor. Instructor. I'm sorry, you guy individuals into transformative journeys and you are also an author of two books now. One is an autobiography entitled the Atheist and the Afterlife. And the other, you are still alive now act like it. You know what, why don't we get into that first actually today, because those are some titles. Okay, so the autobiography. Yeah, the Atheists and the Afterlife. So tell us about that.
What's that about? Okay, fair question. So, the Atheist and the Afterlife. The Atheist is me and the afterlife is the story of my nd and I'll give you a little bit of background. My childhood was, you know, less than perfect, shall we say, A lot of trauma drama and chaos going on in the home. So I was always trying to hide away and stay away from that. And if it meant hiding in a closet or under the bed or in the basement, backyard, whatever it took. But I spent a lot of time by myself. And when you're a little kid and you're spending time by Yourself and you're just kind of staring at a wall. We didn't have computers or phones or anything back then, so I'm just literally like looking at a wall and my imagination is just running wild. And, you know, I started to be able to see things and notice things that most people would not notice unless you are putting yourself into a meditative state for six hours a day and five or six days a week, sometimes seven. So I started to be able to see energy. I started to be able to interact with it. I kind of had a little bit of a bond with it. Later on, I would learn that some of these energies were actually energy of the deceased, which I didn't know that then. I just thought I had some imaginary friends that were then. That was pretty cool to me at the time. I was raised in a Christian home, so mentioning any of this, which I think I only did, I can only remember once, and it did not go over well, to say the least. Right. So, you know, I would just suppress this and put this away and put it in a box. But, you know, so as I went through life, I. I chose to rebel against it. Wouldn't matter what religion my parents were, I was going to rebel against it. It just. It happened to be Christianity, but I also found it hard to believe that there is like, there's this loving God that's so. That can make anything happen. And yet, you know, there's so many terrible things happening in the world and happening to me as a child. And, you know, it was all just very confusing. So atheism, or maybe it was more being agnostic, but I practiced nothing, had no beliefs, and just kind of went on with my life. And coming from a home filled with chaos, I took that chaos with me when I went out in my teens, in my 20s. Right. So if things were normal, I would have to stir the pot. You know, became like, everything had to be chaotic for me to feel comfortable in a space, you know, so I would look for the. Probably the worst situations I could put myself in so I could feel normal. So, you know, and I went through life putting myself in situations where I could die, either because of the people I was with or the places that I worked. You know, it was just. It was just never a good scene because I didn't know how to navigate what. What was considered normal and what was peaceful, you know, but working in a club and having a shootout, you know, not saying. Not trying to say I'm comfortable with. But it has happened, right? And. And there's always been this being there, this energetic being, that always gets me out of the situation whenever I'm look, faced with death. So. And in that situation, I was. I was underneath the bar and I was hiding, and the being is telling me, side door, side door, side door. And I'm like, I can't get to the side door. But I figure I've got nothing else to lose if I go to the side door, whoever's shooting at whoever, because, I don't know, I literally went under the bar to get something and all, pop, pop, pop. So I run to the side door and I get out that side door. Then I have to go down this big long corridor and go to another side door, which took me out to the parking lot, and my car was right there. I never parked there in my life. That was the first time why I parked my car there. I had to know something. I don't know, because I would have parked my car on the other side of the building and I never would have made it there. There's no way I would have made it there. So. And there were several other times when, you know, I thought my life was going to come to an end. And this same presence, the same being, would. Would. Would call to me and tell me how to get out of it. Even when I was very young, I was like maybe 10 years old, and my parents took me to the beach and I just swam out, way out too far than I should have gone. And the undertow kept pulling me back. So I was trying to swim back to shore, but I couldn't get back because the undertow kept taking me back out. And I started to panic. And there was a whole bunch of kids on the other side. So the lifeguard is saving them, and I'm by myself. Nobody's saving me. And I'm starting to go down, I'm starting to go under. And I think that this is it. This is it, right? My heart starts racing and. And what happens in that moment is this being comes back and says. And I don't hear this with my ears. Like, I want to be clear. I don't see or hear with me. Or it's like a transmission of energy, which is information. And I. And he says. He says, calm down, swim sideways, take as long as you need. Calm down, swim sideways, take as long as you need. So all of a sudden, this feeling of calmness, I went from panic to just calm. And I was breathing normally and I swam sideways, like on an angle. And later I learned that that's how you get out of Undertow situation. I didn't know that at the time. I was very young, but apparently, if you're caught in an undertow, you're supposed to swim on an angle until you get all the way to shore. So I'm swimming sideways, and I finally get to shore, and I just collapsed. And then people were coming over to see if I was okay. And I'm just a little kid, and these are adults, and I'm scared now, so I'm. I get up and I try to run, and I'm trying to run away. It was really, like, a traumatic situation for a kid. But the point was that. That being has always been there with me. And it was when I was, like, 20 years old that I actually died and had a real nde. And that was. That was just a freak accident, actually. I was still living at home. My parents and the stove and the kitchen was right under my bedroom. So my bedroom's here, and the kitchen is right underneath it. And the stove was leaking gas, natural gas, because that's what it ran on. So the gas was coming up into my room all night while I was sleeping. And I was just breathing it in. I had no idea. And I remember as a weekend, I had to work, but I took off from work because I wasn't feeling well. And I stayed in bed. And the next morning, my mom, I guess she got up, turned on the stove, and it just went, like, poof. Just kind of. The wall caught on fire, and smoke was going up and everything. And the way I understand the story, the fire wasn't all that bad. My father actually put it out with a fire extinguisher. But it wasn't the smoke and it wasn't the fire for me. It was the gas. I had been inhaling it. So I hear the fire trucks, I hear the police department. And I'm trying to get up out of bed, and I find that I can't lift my legs. They feel like they're like £2,000. My head, I couldn't get it off the pillow. I couldn't yell. Like, my jaw just would not work. Certain parts were not working. And I really, really felt weird. And I started to pull myself to the side of the bed, pull myself little by little by little. And then finally I tumbled out face down, and I hit the ground. And I knew I hit my face. But the thing was, is that I didn't feel myself. I didn't feel any pain. There was nothing. I hit it, and there was no pain. And that's because I wasn't in the body anymore. I was above it. I was in the corner of the room, and I was not scared at all. It was like, just colors were more vivid. All my senses were heightened. And of course, there's this beautiful light that's adjacent to me. It's right across an other corner. And it's like, not just on me, not on the dead body, but my energy that's floating above it. And I'm completely, like, one with this light. I am a part of it, and it's euphoric, and it's warm, and it's just love. And it's like all the things that you've ever heard anybody say. And I did not want to leave the light no matter what. And here's my friend at the end of the light who says it's okay to come into the light. Now, I've never seen. I don't know if this is a man, a woman. I don't know. There's no body. There's just this presence that is giving me advice again. And so I start to go into.
The light.
And as I do, my father comes into the room, and he kicks the door open. He finds me on the floor, and he grabs me, and he starts screaming for the paramedics. And I saw him really distraught in that moment. And I didn't have a good relationship with him, obviously, so when I saw that, you know, it kind of, like, touched me. And I wanted to have that relationship with him, so I wanted to go back. And I asked, you know, if I could. It was. I made it about him. I said I was, like, negotiating. Hey, I don't think I can leave him like that. You know? Is it okay if I go back? And didn't get an answer, But I just woke up, and I wasn't in my room anymore. I was on the living room floor. And the paramedics have all their. Their stuff on top of me, and they're doing their. Their thing, and. And I still had the euphoria going through me because it was still. It kind of stays with you for a while. It doesn't quite leave. So I woke up, and I was, like, laughing, and I was like, I'm fine, guys. I'm really, really. I'm. I'm great. I'm better than fine. I've never felt this good in my life. And they're like, you are not fine. You are absolutely not fine. You have no blood pressure. You're going to the hospital. And I was like, no. Did you see the light? Did you hear the voice that was amazing. And now that, you know, they're looking at each other like, okay, this guy's nuts. And so I just. Again, I just shut up. Because anybody I've ever told any of these things to would immediately go right for race out of his mind. It's crazy. So. So again, I just. I just clammed up and I justified it away so I didn't have to deal with it and I could hang on to my atheism. So the way I put it in my mind was I fell in front of a window. It was a sunny day. That was the white light. I inhaled so much gas that I was hallucinating. I heard the voice, and I made everything up in my head and I just went on from there.
So why were you so resistant? And what made you stop finally being resistant?
Why? I think life was easier that way. I didn't have to figure things out that I couldn't figure out. You know, like I said, the whole. The concept of a loving God was so confusing to me. Didn't really resonate or make any sense. And I had to acknowledge now that, well, there's an afterlife. There's certainly something more here. But I didn't want to because life was simpler if I didn't. So I just closed it up, put it in a box. And it was years later, like many, many years later, that I met my. My second wife. And the way we met was really funny because I was like. I had two children. My first wife got divorced very, very quickly. I was doing a lot back then. I was doing a lot of drugs, a lot of alcohol. So I checked myself into rehab when I had my kids, and I finished my college degree, got a real job, because before that, before my kids, I didn't care if I lived or died. It just didn't really make any difference to me. But once I had them, it really made a difference. I had something to live for. So that they changed my world. And so I got on the right track and did the right things and, you know, did. Did well for myself and couple of different businesses and just move my way up. But I. There was always these. The. The energies are always there. They're always around me. They're just. It's like, kind of like, well, I ignore them, they ignore me, but I know they're there. They know I'm here. You know, it was just kind of like neutral zones. And finally you. I think I was in mid-40s or something, and I said, you know, after I got divorced, my kids were older now, And I said, well, I should probably try to date and find somebody and settle down, you know. So I went online because that's how we do it. And you know, and there was this picture. They show you like four ladies to try to get the guys to take out their credit cards and join, right? And they show you four people that are in your area. Well, one of them, I was like, that's her. That is my wife right there. That's her. So I joined the site and I only sent one email to, to her, that was it. And I told her I was like this. I'm. I joined the site because you're my wife. By, by the way, my name is Ray, so please give me a call so we can get this marriage thing done and blah, blah, blah. Anyway, it was, it was kind of funny, you know, I put it, I put the actual email in the first book and her response and everything. And we are still married. We are still together today. But when we were dating, she said to me, when we started to get serious, she had two little kids. My kids are older. And she's like, so what are your spiritual beliefs? And I said, oh, I have no idea. What are yours? She could have said anything. And I would have went, yeah, me too, because I don't want to lose her. So whatever she said, I would have been like, yeah, I could be that. That's good. But she said nothing. You know, she was smarter than that. So she, it was my birthday, it was coming up and I guess, you know, she had, she had some insight and some spiritual knowledge that she kind of withheld. And she said to me, I'm gonna buy you a spiritual clearing for your birthday. And I was like, okay. So it's like a massage. And she's like, absolutely not. I was like, okay, well, whatever it is, that sounds great. We're gonna have cake, right? Because I don't know what these things are. I have no idea. Up until now, I'm just thinking I'm nuts, I'm crazy, you know, there's nothing else. I, I just made all this up in my head. And so she. The spiritual clearing, I don't even have to be there. The girl calls me, it's done distantly. And she calls me and she says, you know, I'm going to do it at 10 o' clock on Tuesday. I'll call you right before I start. Don't make any appointments that day because you might feel a little off. And I was like, okay, whatever, you know, like, I'm just, I'm polite But I'm like, this is. Sounds crazy to me, okay? And two hours later, she calls me back and she says, I'm done. So, you know, you had blockages here. You had this, you had this, you had that. And she's telling me all the things, and I was like, okay, I. You know, I really appreciate your time. Thank you very much. And she goes, if you feel off for the next few days, don't worry. It's normal. Just give me a call if it gets to be too much. I said, okay. So up until that point, I could see energy, right? But I had never seen energy that looked like a person. It was just energy that moved. Like, I could see, like, what appears to be just lines moving around in the air or across the wall. But when she finishes this, I feel way off. Like, really off. I had this pounding headache, and I left work, and it was a Friday. I went home, figured I had the weekend. And I start seeing a man who comes to me, and I clearly see him, like, right here, almost straight ahead, but not quite, just on an angle. And he says the same thing over and over. He says, I effed up. I made a mistake. You can help her. I cannot. I don't know who he is. I don't know where he came from. I don't know who the message is for. And I'm just, like, shaking my head like that. This can't be real. This is. I'm going to bed. I'm. I'm gonna just, you know, knock myself out, and I'm going to bed. And I wake up the next day, and he's back. Same. Same video, right? It's like the same. It just replays and replays and replays. And it went on all day Saturday. And then by the time I got to Sunday, it felt like it was, like, every 15 minutes. It was so bad that I couldn't drive. I couldn't carry a conversation. I would lose track of what we're talking about. It was just so overwhelming. And now I'm thinking, well, it's official. I'm losing my mind. I really. I'm crazy. I remember the breaking point. I was like. I was in a store, and I was paying for my stuff. And I just keep hearing it over and over, effed up. I made a mistake. You can help her. I cannot. Big, stocky guy, jet black hair, beard, mustache, no idea who he is. And I don't know what I did at the counter, but I must have done something very strange, because the lady said to me. She goes, sir, are you okay? And I said, no, I'm definitely not okay. And I took my car and I went back to the car and I just kind of put my head down. And I was like, so I have to face the reality that I'm probably losing my mind. And I have to prepare for my kids. Like, I have to make sure my will's in order and, you know, my dnr. Because I'm going back to the light. I don't want anybody resuscitating me this time. I was trying to. I was starting to seriously make arrangements and make sure that things were in order. And now I have to tell this woman that I love, that I'm losing my mind. Because she has a right to know. Right? She needs to move on with her life. And. And if all this isn't enough, she's a doctor of psychology and neuropsychology by trade. That's what she does for a living. So I'm going to tell a psychologist. I see people that aren't really there, and, you know, she's going to run for the hills, and, you know that's going to be the end of that. But I feel like I have to tell her, and I. And unusually so, I feel like I have to tell her. So I do, and I tell her. And I say, you know, I keep seeing this man. I don't see him with my eyes, but he's in like this movie screen. It pops up in my head and it's the same video. And I see it over and over. And he says, I effed up and made a mistake. You can help her. I cannot. He's got jet black hair, beard, mustache, stocky guy. And she's like, oh, that sounds like my dad. And I said, what? I said, honey, with all due respect, your dad's dead. And she's like, I know. And now I'm thinking she's nuts and I'm gotta get out of there. Your dad's dad, he can't speak to me. And I was like, but it doesn't even look like your dad. It really. The picture that I saw, this guy's much stockier, beard, mustache. I explained the whole thing and. And she says, well, that's a very old picture that you saw. Let me show you what he looked like before he died. And she shows me his picture and it's the guy. I was like, you know that guy? And she goes, that's my dad. And I was like, oh, my God, what do I do with this now? She goes, relax, you're probably a Psychic medium, and you just don't know it. And I said, hon, what the hell is a medium? Like, I don't know what that is. I'm. I'm. You know, I have no idea. And she explains it. And at least when I was insane, I understood what insanity was. Being a medium. I have no idea what that is. I don't even know if that's good. I don't know if that's bad. Am I the devil? I don't know, you know? So she's like, just relax. She goes, I'm going to take you to a medium. There's a medium that's coming two weeks from now, and she'll be in town for a week, and I'll book two appointments, and you can explain to her what you see and. And you guys can just talk shop. And I'm like, what have I got to lose? So, by the way, as soon as I told her the message, he went away within a split second. I later learned that's what you're supposed to do once you give the message, it's done. Your job is done. And when I met with that medium, I explained that to her, too. And she said, that's all you had to do, is just deliver the message. And. And I. She goes, tell me. You know, I explained to her how I see what happens first, second, third. I get the vibrations, I see the lines. Then the movie screen opens up, and she's like, that's exactly the way I see it, too. That's the way we all see it. And I was like, wow. So I'm. This medium thing. And she. She chuckles and says, yeah. And I. And I said, now what? And she kind of, like, kind of blew me off at the end of the session. And I felt lost, right? I went out to the car, and. And then my wife went in, and she came out, and she's like, are you excited? Are you excited? And I said, excited for what? She goes, ani's gonna take you as a student. And I'm like, she didn't even want to, like, talk to me at the end. And she's like, she doesn't take students anymore. She's gonna take you. And thank God she did, because she saved my life. Like, I would call her all the time and said, this just happened. That just happened. What is this? What is that? What's happening to me? And I was just freaking out. And, you know, that's how I had to learn, whether I liked it or not, that there is more to this world. I had to Accept there was more to this world. And I was. I had to do something with it. I didn't know what it was at that point, but I knew I had to do something.
Oh, wait, that is amazing. And I'm thinking about how. So just going back for a second. You get on this, you figure it's time to date, right? You see this woman's picture? What I mean, was it just like, she's beautiful, I want her, or did. Was it some type of feeling with it? You just knew?
I knew. I knew.
That is wild.
I knew that.
And then it's like, oh, I'm sorry, go ahead.
No, I was. I was gonna say that she felt the same way from the first time that we met. As soon as I pulled up in the driveway and I got out car, and she was just like. You know, she told me later on that she felt the exact same thing that I felt. It was kind of crazy because I never felt that way.
So it sounds like definitely some divine timing was happening here. And then you meet her and then she kind of like opens up. It sounds like it was time for you to step into your abilities. And she was there to like, bridge the gap, you know, make the connections, connect the dots, you know? And then her dad. Yeah, it's just all. It was all kind. Confirmation, like, you guys are really meant to be. That's actually. That's amazing.
I spent the first half of my life, like literally trying to die, and the second half of my life trying to figure out, well, I'm here and I better do something with this, right? Because she's just like snatches me up and goes, you don't realize what you have, and you need to share this with the world. And I'm like, and. And I used to get premonitions, right? I used to give them to her. I would see, you know, people and I would get. I would say, so this is for so and so. But no, don't say it's for me. I don't want the neighbors to know. I don't want anybody to know this. Right? Like, I'm. I'm. I'm. I'm ashamed. I'm afraid. And. And she gives the message. And there would always be like a little thing like that. Only I would like, only he would know to tell me. Like, the first guy was like, tell her. Remember the silly shoes? That was at the end of the message. He told me where the money was and all this other stuff. And that's what I was supposed to tell the wife. He's Dead, obviously she's alive. So my wife has dinner with the wife, and it was just them too. And I said, give her the message, but don't say it's for me. She didn't. She. She said it was for me. And she comes back and I said, what about the shoes? What about the shoes? I don't care about the other stuff. It could all be coincidence, but what about the shoes? And she's like, oh, the shoes. That was their first date. He wore the most ridiculous shoes she had ever seen in her life. And it became a running joke throughout the entire marriage till the day he died.
Wow. So, like, how does it feel to do this work and help people and stuff like that? How was that for you?
So I, after I spent a year with my first mentor, I met my second and I. And I joined a two year program with him, which now in like my fifth year of a two year program, because I'm not leaving him. But when being a part of that program, he taught us a lot more than just mediumship. He taught us about spirituality. He taught us about everything. A great man. And at the same time, the more I learned, the more I wanted to learn. So I get like, I was just obsessed with learning everything. So I read every book I could possibly get my hands on. Eckhart Tolle, Deepak Chopra, everyone. And then I had this. One of the things, things that that energy healer told me was, you need to get back to astrology. And what that meant was I had to get back to science because I always loved science as a kid. So I started studying physics, real physics. So I'm studying, I'm going to school for spirituality and mediumship. I'm meeting other psychics and mediums. I'm reading everything about spirituality and I'm studying physics. And then I go back to college for metaphysics. And that's what I start putting things together like, okay, so the law of attraction works because of this law in physics. And I put that together and then this works because of this, and I started piecing it together. And that's the whole second book. So the second book is the story of how I come across the spiritual technique and how it works scientifically and how you can reproduce it yourself. And so I really enjoy the second book. I mean, the first book was more like cathartic to me. It was just me putting my life out there. And I know a lot of people enjoyed it and they were kind of, they could relate to it, which was a big deal. So I felt good about that. But the second book, I feel like is more like my contribution. The first part, the first book just happened to me, but the second book, like I made that happen, you know, so I'm kind of impartial to that one, I guess.
Man, you know what? You've had one heck of a life. Is, I mean, it's very exciting. I mean, because all of this stuff. So, okay, you went back to school, got into the metaphysics, went back into science. You have discovered that you're clairvoyant medium now. Now when you take these class and you said it's, it gave you more than just the mediumship. But did they teach you like how to strengthen your skills or how to focus, harness? Like, how does that go?
Okay, so we, in order to be a medium, you must be intuitive or psychic, but you don't necessarily have to be a medium if you are intuitive psychic, you know what I mean? So if you're a medium, you're definitely both, but you might be into it. Everybody's intuitive. They just have to develop it and bring it out. Right. So there was kind of two parts to the program. Then it was the part where we're learning about developing the psychic side, but then is the other part where you're learning about how to develop the medium side. And I, as I was writing the second book and I was going through this process, I was reading only for people online. I've never, ever, ever charged anybody any money to do this. That's not my intent. I will never do that. It's. And I respect medium so much because it is not a pleasant thing to do. It's just not. It's, it's painful. We have, we take on the emotion of the deceased and it has to commingle. Like quantum entanglement has to occur in order for us to receive that and then give it to somebody. And that is not, that's no picnic. So I, I told, after a while I would, I would always see the bad stuff. I would see like the suicides and, and the kids get hurt and all this other stuff. And I, and I asked him, I said, why do I get all of that? And, and other people get lovey dovey, so I want lovey dovey stuff too. And he's like, well, you get what you know. And I was like, excuse me? I was like, well, what I know is not good. So that explains everything. So if deceased has an opportunity to come through and they're going to pick the medium, then I, and they're going to come through in a loving way are they going to choose me? I've had like five years of love and the rest of my life was crazy. No, the ones that had the crazy life, those are the ones that come through and give me that stuff. So it became too much for me to handle and I eventually just respectfully stopped doing it. Only if I have to in class is the only time that I do it. But I don't do it outside of class. But yeah, he taught us so many things about integrity, about just being a good human being. And. And I remember the way we were chosen. Talk about integrity. The. It was. I applied to be in the program. It was really funny how I even found that out. It was my birthday and we went away for my birthday and my wife took out a portrait that was drawn and it was her dad that another medium had drew because he was a spirit artist. Yeah. And I was like, that's wild. I gotta meet this guy. That's the second mentor, right? So we go to his website and it says, now accepting applications for the two year mentorship program. Applications must be submitted by February 15th. That is my birthday. Something huge always happens on my birthday without fit. So. So I apply. She's like, you're gonna apply? I was like, I think that's divine intervention. Now I'm. Now I'm talking the lingo, right? I'm like, divine intervention. I'm medium. And I'm sorry, I'm starting to think, yeah, you know, I get this now. So, yeah, I joined. And. And you fill out the application. Then you get another application. It's like this thick and it's all essay questions. What do you feel? What do you not feel? What happens? What, what, what is this? What is that? You know? So he's got to know beyond any shadow of a doubt that you're legit or you're not getting in. I mean, it was not a simple test. Then you have an interview, okay? And then you get another stack of papers like this that you have to answer. So it's an ongoing process and I never heard anything. So I just figured I wasn't in, I wasn't good enough. And now I'm back to maybe I just made this all up in my head. You know, this is probably, you know, all a coincidence. I'm just talking myself out of it, right? And so I called his assistant and I said, I just wanted to confirm, you know, that I didn't get it. And she's like, oh, no, no, no, no, no. We didn't. We didn't finalize who's in and who's not in yet? There were hundreds of applications. Now this was a two year program, right? And so it cost thousands of dollars. Thousands times hundreds of people. Okay, that's, that's a windfall right there, right? You just say, yeah, you're all real. Come on in. And I did make the cut. And I was number 11 of 11. That's it.
Wow.
And so when I saw that, like, you can't buy your way into this man's world, and I was like, wow, that's. I'm never leaving you. I don't want to graduate.
Integrity.
I just want reacts integrity. And I was like, I'm with you for life, bro. I hope you don't mind. And I love him. He was like, you know, a father to me.
Wow, that is awesome. I hope I come across some class like that, because that's awesome. So what made you become a Reiki practitioner?
Reiki just kind of fell into the other things that I was learning at the time. So I wanted, I, I really, I haven't practiced it, but I understand it well. I can do basic clearings. I, I should probably take master off there because after you complete the course, if you don't practice every single day, you know, you, you start to lose it. But I'm okay. But definitely not a master anymore. But Reiki, understanding the energy centers and how it flows through relates directly to how we communicate to receive information, you know, with the universal collective. And I was developing that anyway, so at the same time I, I was clearing my chakras so I could have that connection anyway, so I said, well, let me learn how to do that. And I, and I chose USUI because he was the guy who actually, I guess, founded Reiki. What do you say? Founded, created. I don't know. So I'm 13th generation Usui, which means I'm 13 generations away from the original person. And then, and, and, and, and I use it again, not professionally, not for work, friends, family. That's it. Myself, that's what I use it for. What I do is I coach people how to have a spiritual awakening because I, it's, it's. You can do exactly what I did in the second book. And at the end of the second book, I have this huge awakening. I have several in my lifetime, but the one at the end of the second book is really probably the biggest one for me because look at my life. It was 80% drama and, and violence and pain. Right. And 20% love. And so I was the type of person that you Know, I would get really upset, angry very quickly, and react. And that's obviously not a healthy way to live. And near the end of the second book, as I was learning and writing, I had this incident. And I was training myself using my own techniques that are in the book, how to lose my negative emotions. And I finally did it. I finally did it. One day, I was driving, and I. And I was driving my car. It was a really expensive car because I thought that was important at the time. And now I know it's just a piece of tin. But then it was a big deal, and I hit a deer. And normally my adrenaline would have surged. I would have got out of the car, I don't know, yelled, screamed, kicked the tires. I don't know what I would have done. But none of that happened. I was just chill. I was just there. I was just like, oh, I gotta see if the deer's okay. I gotta see if the deer's okay. Who the hell am I, right? And so I get out to see if the deer is okay, literally. And. And I help the deer up, and the deer walks off, which is crazy. I don't even know that happened, because this thing just went. And I'm okay, too. I'm okay. That's crazy. The car's done. And I look at the car and I'm like, well, there's nothing I can do. Who cares? The deer's okay. I'm okay. And I pull the car over, and I start to call my wife. We weren't living together yet because we weren't married yet. And I call. I start to call her, and I'm like, why am I calling her? I'm gonna dump my bad thing on her, which is not even really a bad thing. And she's gonna get upset. That doesn't make any sense at all. I hung up the phone. I didn't tell her anything. I drove the car to the body shop, and I went. I took an Uber home. And I went to sleep. I didn't lose any sleep. I didn't care. Next day, an Uber picked me up and took me to work. And it was like nothing ever happened. My kid got up. Somebody stole your car, dad. Somebody saw your car. And I was like, nobody stole it. I had an accident. Why? You had an accident? You didn't call me? You had an accident? Are you okay? Is everything. I was like, this is why I didn't tell you. I didn't want you to get like this. And he's like, who are you and what have you done? With my father.
Yeah.
So when I had that big moment, I went back and rewrote a lot of the book so that you could, like, follow the steps to have that thing that have that awakening for yourself.
Wow. So where can the people watching access the book? Like, how can they purchase the book?
Well, the book you can get at Amazon, Barnes and Noble, any store, in any format in the world. The. If you're interested in coaching, you can come to Ray Catania.com and just fill out the contact form and I'll be in touch. And I thank you very much for allowing me to say that. Thank you.
Oh, yeah, for sure. You gotta get your stuff out. So you are an ordained minister?
Yes, I am a reverend of the International Metaphysical Ministry.
Oh, that is awesome. Non denominator in the building.
Non sectarian. The building is the college. So you, when you go to the University of Sedona and you study metaphysics, after you get your bachelor's degree, you have the option of becoming ordained with their. Their ministry or not. And I chose to do so. And I. I did my vows and I'm a minister of the metaphysical ministry.
Oh, wow. So now how do you utilize that? Is that another part of your.
It opens up my coaching practice a lot.
Okay.
Because when, when you're a coach, you have guidelines, you have areas where you cannot go. You cannot talk about as a licensed life coach or. The closest thing to licensing we have is the icf. Right. I'm ic. I have an ICF card and. But they'll tell you, you can't talk about this. You can't talk about this, you can't talk about this. Now those things come up a lot. But as a reverend, I can talk about anything with you. Nothing is off the table because that falls under pastoral counseling. And then it becomes perfectly fine. So that's. That opens it up. That opens the doors that we can talk about spirituality. We could talk about anything and everything.
So you're also a meditation instructor. How frequent and what is the duration that you recommend for meditation?
So I love this meditation. There's one in particular that I really like. It's a meditation specific for manifestation. But when you're doing it for manifestation, you're going to have what I call side effects. And those side effects are a greater connection with the universal collective God. Whatever term you wish to use, you're going to have this real solid connection. But it's really quite simple. There's only four steps to it. And we start out listening to the. It's a chant of Ah and this is to raise your frequency and get yourself aligned. You want to try to get your resonant frequency with that of the. The Earth, which is 7.83 Hz. That is the Schumann resonance. And we have a resonant frequency, too. As a human being, you have yours, I have mine. Probably just a point of difference, but we need to settle into that in order to try to be aligned with the Earth, which is harmonious with the universe. So now if I can get myself to 7.83. The earth says 7.83. She's harmonious with the universe. I am now on with the universe. This is where the magic happens. And it's easier to do than you think. It's very easy to get there. It doesn't have to be exact. You could be like six or eight. But you're trying to get your brain waves down into that theta state where you're very relaxed. It's just one notch up from sleeping, actually. Okay, so now you're there. The next thing that we do is called an attitude of gratitude. And we're grateful for all the things. I am grateful for. Blank. I'm grateful for this. I'm grateful for that. And you go through that, and this is also going to raise your positivity, raise your vibration. Just the notch into the positive state of mind. This is very important. Then we go back to the eyes for a little while, and we let that resonate. And you feel the Oz going through each cell in your body. You just let it, like, wash over you and wash through you. And then now you're in a position to say to the universe what it is that you want. And, and, and, and it's not a pretty please. Okay? Jesus. Every religion told us, right, if there's one thing they all got right, you're a part of God, and God is a part of you. That is fact. Okay? So he, if you want to call him a he, it's you. He's your partner. You got to tell him what you need. It's not a negotiating thing. It's like, you're my partner, and I need this, and I need this now. And you, it has to be said positive in the positive tense. And it's got to be said, I need it now. It's got to be very specific. And as long as you follow those. Those rules, you can't. You cannot say. I'll give you an example. If, let's say you've been sick for a very long time, you can't say, I don't want to be sick anymore. I don't want to be sick anymore. And here's why. The what you're sending out is a transmission of vibration. The universe speaks vibration, not English, not French, not Spanish. Okay? So don't want, doesn't come across. So you sent up I, the image of I, and you sent up the image of sick. Those are the two words that you sent up. Guess what's coming back, right? Those little words in the middle are not translated. So you have to say, I want to be healthy. Now you're sending up I, and you're sending up healthy. When you visualize these two things, that's what you send out, that's what you get back, and that's how the law of attraction actually works. It really works by the law of vibration.
Okay, so this meditation, how long would you say it takes to do this?
So you're supposed to do it in the morning and in the evening. If you could do 15 minutes each time, that's great. But if you can only do five, that's fine too. But you're going to find that once you're in that space, and after you, you're done with the manifest, you're going to be in such a great little space right there that you may just want to talk to the universe for a little while and see what's that. We'll see what's going on out there. I've seen some things that are just amazing and I don't ever want to come out. I got to set an alarm because it's way better than television, let me tell you. So you, you start getting into that space and you're going to want to be there longer and longer. But you don't have to be. You only have to get to that part. And if you got to rush it and do it in five minutes, it's better to do five minutes than to do nothing at all. And how fast does it work? My mentor said, give it 90 days. But I'll tell you a quick story. I was short $10,000 and my kid was going away to college. And the college called me up and he said, you didn't send us the final ten thousand dollar payment. And I said, oh my God, I was so embarrassed. I was not going to tell my kid he could not go to college the next day, no way, or two days later. So I just learned this, this manifestation. I thought it was a bunch of baloney, right? But I learned it and I'm gonna, I'm it. I'm doing it because I need It So I, I did every step perfectly. I did it six times the whole day. Just, I need 10,000. I need it now. I need 10,000. I need it now. I need 10 thousand needed now. Nothing. The mail comes and my kid gives me the mail and it's like bill after bill after bill. And. And then there's one letter from my accountant, which is also a bill. And I'm like, did I say this wrong? Am I doing this wrong? Guys, I need $10,000. I need it now. So the next day I wake up and I do it again and again and over six times. Bam, bam, bam, bam, bam. Nothing happens. I get frustrated. I decide to open up the mail and the one that came from my attack to my accountant that I told you I did my taxes. I took out the first letter and it, that it was a bill. It said, dear Ray, you owe us, blah, blah, blah. I put that letter down, I took out the next one and it said, you have overpaid the state, the, the federal government $8200 and something, something cents. Right? And I was like, overpaid? Wait a minute. Overpaid? That's refund. I haven't had a refund in years. I always owe. Every year I owe because I'm self employed. So I owe. I'm getting $8200. Wow. Then I took out the next letter. You've overpaid the state of New Jersey $1816 and something something cents. It was exactly $10,000 and change.
And I was like wild.
I. I wept like a child. I was like, I'm so sorry. I will never doubt you again. I'm so sorry. It was out there on the first day.
So how that is. That is amazing. That's wild and amazing. How would one access this meditation?
Well, it's part of my coaching program. It's chapter 13 in the second book.
Okay. So you guys got to get that book. We need that meditation. Definitely.
You could just replay our, you know, our video over and over again, Right?
You guy individuals in transformative journeys. Is that kind of aligned with the whole coaching thing?
Yeah.
And what so like, what is that? Give us an example of what that is like or what that is what a person would be coming to you for to help them.
So I'm on my way to get my PhD and I'll probably take it in metaphysical counseling. And. And that's because it's one on one counseling. It looks like therapy, but it's not. It's. It looks that way because it's Two people and we're just talking to one another and we're going through that person's lifetime and what we're doing is we're trying to find things that are holding them back from getting to the next level of consciousness or there. I have these experiences and I don't know what they are or I want to develop this better because I know I'm a psychic. I just need to know how to do this better. So it comes in all, all different forms and all different ways. Everybody gets a. It's not cookie cutter, but when I, when you sit with me, I, we do like an assessment and we see where you're at and then I ask you where you want to go and then I put the plan together in place for you to get there and it's one on one on zoom. So I have clients that are all around the world, which is really cool. I have people like in Australia and the UK and I spoke to a woman today in Sri Lanka, which was awesome. So it's really, it's. I get to meet a lot of really cool people. I love my job.
I mean that sounds awesome. So how long have you been like just self employed, coaching.
So let's see. I walked away from my, I walked away from a great job too. Really good job. I wrote the book in 2018, so it was released in 2020. So I think I quit my job right around 2020 or so. When I released the book, that's when I just walked away and I gave my boss like three months notice or whatever you need. I was like, I'll stay as long as you need to replace me. He was the president of the company. I was a vice president. And he was like, I did not see this coming. And I said, bro, I didn't see this coming either, trust me. But I could, that didn't, that business world didn't align with who I was anymore. It just wasn't, it didn't feel right. So then I walked away and I started my own coaching practice and I wrote the second book. And sometimes I do classes online. I do speaking events where I go to like ions or any, any to have conventions and you know, I travel and I do those speaking events as well. And that's kind become my job and I really like it because people when they come up to me and just say like your book changed me. That, that, that is like, that's worth more than whatever I've ever made. You know what I mean? It's just like that's the feeling that's the, that's the love. And, and like that's what I needed to experience. That's what I was missing. That's why I couldn't become awakened. Because I had had all this other stuff, but I never had the love. And that's when it, that's when it came together for me. I found love with my wife and she taught me love and that changed me.
That is beautiful.
That's true.
Beautiful. That's. That's beautiful. You know what I've noticed though is a lot of psychic mediums and people in this work, they have very difficult lives.
Yeah.
And from a spiritual sense, you're looking at it like, well, I mean, it's like if you have a pie that you need to bake, there's certain ingredients that come together to make that pie. You can't put any other ingredients because it wouldn't be that pie. I know that's, that's some foodie type stuff I like to eat, but I don't know why. I use it as an example. But at any rate, so it's like to do this kind of work, you need to have depth. You need to be able to understand and meet people. And so you almost go through like hell, the land of weeping and gnashing of teeth. It's just crazy.
So true. Out of all 11 people that we were all there, we all had horrific trauma experiences, there was not one person that could do this work that didn't have that. And I think, and I don't know, but I think there's a couple of reasons. One is when you're pushed to your limit, you learn how to take your mind and put it someplace else so you're not experiencing what's happening to you in that moment. Your body is, but your mind is detachable. And we learn that our mind is detachable. And then we learn that there's other things that we can communicate with and we can see. But it's not until we experience that horrendous event that we realize we can do it. Now we could teach people, right. So they don't have to experience that. But when you're going through it, that's how it's self learned or self taught. You're forced to do it.
And it's crazy because even there are people that have horrific lives that really could be good healers, but they reject it. They don't want to have. My husband's one of them. Don't want to have nothing to do with it. You know, he's just, he does his heating, ventilation and cooling work. He has his business, he does his thing. And that's what he, he's concerned about and concerned with. Because in his mind, and I get it right, in his mind, it's like this. My family would talk about this stuff all the time. He had a brother that was really deep into that stuff that passed. And so he was saying, and with all that, it didn't save us from all the hell and trauma that we went through. You. So there's this thought that I don't know why people think like if you practice spirituality that all your problems go away, like still on earth, you know what I'm saying? Like you still have to go through this experience.
Yeah. We are given these bad experiences, these two, because those are the days that we grow as humans. It's the tragedies and the traumas that made me who I am today. It's not the easy moments when someone gave me something, something. I didn't learn anything from that. But going through hell, yeah, I learned a lot. I learned a lot about life and a lot about death and how much it really means and how much you have to respect it. Yeah. There I learned. I didn't learn anything when things were given to me. So it takes that. And, and in order to be enlightened, the Buddha told us that you have to experience all emotions and, and, and, and master all emotions on the spectrum. Some of those you can only get from some really bad stuff happening. Right. He left the kingdom, he was a prince and went and, and sell. He went into self induced suffering for seven years or more. Right. Walked away from his child, his wife, his dad was the king, his mother was a queen. He had everything delivered to him and he just walked away from that to go out and suffer. No food, no clothes, no water, no shelter, no nothing. Nobody knew who he was. And he sat under a tree and starved. And there is where he found enlightenment. He didn't find it when everybody was bringing, serving him like it was the prince. He didn't find anything. And he told his wife, in order for me to end suffering and learn how to end suffering, I have to suffer. I gotta go.
It's true and it's, it's crazy to some people, but it is just so true. I don't know. And then too, I also think that when it comes to spirituality, especially since 2020, I think it seems like when 2020 came, a lot of people came online, let's just say that. And you've got like anything, you've got people that are authentic. They have integrity. Right. Very important component. Integrity. But then you have people that are just doing it to. They're. They. As a costume. It's an aesthetic, you know, And I kind of feel like it. Huh.
You can tell who they are right away.
You can. You can.
If somebody. If somebody goes. If somebody goes, I'm a medium. Anybody want to be. You know, that's not a medium. Okay. A medium goes, oh, don't ask me for a reading. Please don't ask. Please don't ask. Please don't ask. Please don't ask. That's a real medium. It. Right. It's not, you know, we. It's done because we have to. We. It. We're called to do it. It's not pleasant. Anyway, don't ask me right now. Please don't ask me. Right. You know, that's. That's the one. That's the real one.
Yeah. Yeah, you're right. You're right. I mean, because it's like, also too. I think there's levels to it. The. The imposters. The imposter syndrome. Am I losing my mind? What will people think of me? You know, so you teeter back and forth with the whole stuff. It's the. I don't think it's something that people just choose to do. Like, even like yourself, you were doing something completely different. And then it was just like one day in 2020, like, taking another route, because this doesn't resonate. Right? So 2020 was a very profound year.
And certainly was for me.
Yeah, it was. And it's like a lot of people had a hard time with COVID and they were getting caught up into all the other stuff and the distractions. But it was really a time that the world slowed down and allowed people to get quiet and to think, you know, and not be in the hustle and bustle. And it was necessary because some people, a lot of people, unless you slow them down, they're not going to slow down. And I think that our culture in the United States is kind of. I hate to use this word because it's so overused, but toxic in a way, because it just promotes, go, go, go, go, go, go, go, go, go, go, go. And it makes people feel guilty for resting. Right. But how can you connect. How can you connect with creator if you're always moving? You gotta be still sometimes. And I suffer with that myself, always doing something.
Got some kind of stimulus point eight three hertz. That's pretty. That's pretty low right there. You got to get way down there to, to really get that connection going good. But yeah, it's. We got us, we. I think that that was a big wake up call for a lot of people, including myself. You know, I had a lot of time to study during that time. I did a majority of my college. Metaphysical college during that time was writing the book, releasing a book. Yeah. So it was a lot of exploration for me and spending that much time with family. And I think we relearned what was important to us. Right. It wasn't really. Nobody cared if we had the best clothes or the best car because you're not going anywhere anyway. We're in sweats every day. We were worried about could we get toilet paper? You know, we were brought back to reality like how we got in toilet paper. I don't care who makes my shirt. You know, I don't even need gas in my car, but I need toilet paper. So, you know, what was real became real. And it woke a lot of people up, no question. And a lot of people.
Yeah, they did a lot of people personally over here. I was very peaceful. My family was very peaceful. I mean, I wasn't really too worried about it. Even the people that were passing away, when people would tell it, you know, you feel bad that people are passing away, but it's like, I mean, if it is such that we choose our exit points, then they chose to exit at this time. Not to mention that transitioning is a part of the circle of life. You know what I mean? And I always laugh and I say if I don't wake up tomorrow, I don't have to pay them a mortgage or any more bills. So hell, I won. You know, I know that's like probably a bad joke for some people, but I just really don't, I don't fear death. Like, yeah, I just don't. Well, that's anything to fear.
That's really important to change your relationship with death because we know one day it's going to come, right? And, and, and let me tell you, having seen it, it's beautiful. And I don't want, and I, I don't want to over romanticize it because we get called out all the time. Nders, you're like, you're making it sound too good. And you know, don't go out there and make it happen tomorrow. That's not what I'm saying. I'm just saying when the time comes, relax. It's okay. You're not really. You're just changing your physical state, that's all. You're still There and it's pretty euphoric, so it's something to look forward to. But you know, when you. When you get that pressure off your plate or off, off yourself, you can concentrate on the things that are actually important and you're not constantly worried about those things. Right. The end of the world, the end of life, the ends of this, the end of that. That's what. That I gotta surrender to that. That's what is. I can't change what is or what's going to be. I can only change my little circle, my people, my help them to the best of my ability and everything else I have to surrender to.
Now, what do you say to those who have grown up super religious? I am one of them. I don't hold those belief systems per se. But what do you say to those that are really scared about hell? They have a fear of hell?
Well, I mean, it all depends on how they. If they're open to the acceptance of the knowledge. You know, a lot of people don't want to hear that there's no hell because they want people to get punished. But it. It's been my experience is just not that way. You know, we kind of all go to the same place. But here's what does happen. There is a of lot a point where you see all the things that you did that were wrong. You see all the things you did that were right. And the ones that did wrong are the ones that are trying to come back through me and tell this person I'm sorry, tell this person I didn't mean it. Tell this person I love them. Those are the ones that are trying to get back to say those things. And that's got to be painful. You know, you don't need fiery depths of hell and torture. That's torture. Not being able to tell your spouse one last time I love you, not being able to tell your kid one last time I love you, that's. That's torture enough.
My thoughts when it comes to religion is I understand that it is necessary for those who need it. Do you? I also see it as a good springboard. It's a basis to a lot of people that have transitioned into these. This work have evolved into this. But I'm losing my train of thought.
You're getting something. You're getting something from upstairs right now.
Something will. Let me see. What was I trying to.
Happens to me too. We're going religion.
We're going with religion.
I never.
Go ahead. What were you going to say?
I never try to change anybody's Opinion about religion. Like if it works for you, then stay there. There's, there's nothing wrong with it as long as you're not hurting anybody. Right. And the whole principle behind religion is you're not supposed to hurt anybody. But there are wars in the name of God. That is not okay. Okay. So if you're using it in the right way, it's, I'm, you know, go with that. If you feel comfortable there, that's fine. I would never try to change anybody's mind or beliefs. But there are, we know there's wars in the name of God in this state, day and age. And that's just not okay.
It's not okay. So what I was going to say is I know, I know people that they treat God as if, or hold him as if he's some kind of, of hitman. Like they'll get into it with people. God has a final say. And God and he gonna get this. And it's just crazy. And I never understood also why do you want to. I, I get yes to one point. Yes, you want people to be held accountable. You for those that hurt you and you felt powerless. You want there to be some type of justice. Right. But at the same time, you know that within your belief system. Right? So within that belief system, you know, you will never be perfect. So why would you choose to believe in something so horrific? It's very strange. And then two, no, this is three. I'm sorry, why would you want to serve something just out of fear? That's the only reason you're doing it, because you don't want to go to hell. So to me, that just thing is an oxymoron if you really think about it. But I don't get it. But it's okay, you know, that's what they want to do.
Yeah, I, I, but I won't make light of because just because there's no hell. Don't think that the people are not tormented with the mistakes that they made that cross over. It's just not exactly the way it's being described. But it's, it's no day at the beach either, you know?
Right.
But that's not a reason that you should be a good person. We are all one entity, right? That God is a little bit of all of us. Right? A little bit of me, a little bit of you. It's all our consciousness or all our souls, whatever you want, however you want to phrase it. It's. That piece was connected to that huge entity and that, that is hurt when you Hurt your fellow man, you're hurting yourself because you're part of the same entity. You've got to remember this. And you're going to. You're going to go back to that entity. You're going to go there. And where you go from there is really going to be up to you and what you do here and now. So, you know, there's degrees of reality in the religion. They're just not. Not like they try to scare the crap out of you to get you in line. It's not quite like that, but I guess it. If it works or it worked way back when, you know, I think they could be a little more liberal within now, especially when I was young. But, you know, it is what it is.
It is. It is. I think it's unfortunate though, too, because people. And this is just how as humans, we can look at things anyway. If I were to change my beliefs, then everything that I have ever believed was a lie. And that people don't want to feel jilted. Right. Instead of looking at it like we never stop evolving and learning till we leave here. They're not looking at it like that. They have to. Always looking at it as taking a loss. I can't accept any other truth because that means that all my life I've wasted my time. Like, I could have been out here doing this. I don't mean to be ridiculous, but there's some woman that's. That probably had a list of guys she wanted to get with but couldn't because of religion. Like, I could have been out here in these streets, you know? And I know that sounds so crazy, but people know what I'm talking about.
I could have been here.
I could have been there. I could have been there. And here it is. I'm 75 and I believe the whole lie. And now they're mad. So, I mean, you know, when you look at it like that, I could see why they don't even want to deal with it. Right. Because, yeah, I mean, people have. I. I have family members, they went to churches. You couldn't wear the color red, you couldn't wear pants. They didn't get married with rings, they got married with watches. Women weren't supposed to be hurt. It's just a lot of things that went on in these indoctrinations that was very oppressive and suppressive. And so when you come out of that and you're like. Like, I never had to do that, you know, that would be infuriating.
Yeah, yeah. You know, right. And. And that's I think that's kind of why, you know, I, I always, I, I'm always very cautious about that conversation, you know, with someone else, because you, you all of a sudden, I think I even wrote in the book, book that, you know, at the end of the book it says, it explains how you are God, you are God, I'm God, everybody's God, right? And you know, I wrote it at the very end of the book. It was like literally at the end of the book. So you have to read the whole other thing before in case that bothers you, that part. But, you know, I'm always hesitant about speaking about that because I get it, you know, if you spent your whole life following a certain way, but you know, if you, if you followed the good path religiously, right. You didn't, you probably did not hurt other people, I would think, I would like to think, right. With the exception of those who are radicals, but that you probably did lead a very good life. And you can switch if you want or not switch, you know, I mean, it's just, I don't know, I just know that I. You can't really show somebody a different way and they're gonna go, yeah, that's okay, I'll take that. You know, that sounds better to me. I'll go along with that. Just doesn't work that way. They have to find.
Yeah, it can't. Because I feel like you're always where you need to be. And I feel like everybody has a role to play.
Atheism is just like a religion, right? It's a non belief. So it is a belief, it's just a non belief. So it took how many years? And I'm seeing spirit, I'm being pulled, I'm being saved. They're saving my life. I, I should have been dead or in prison, right? And I'm going, you don't exist. You're not real. Right? So I'm just as guilty. I'm just in the other way, I'm just as guilty.
Yeah, but I think you get a pass though. I mean, because that would be pretty typical for people to be like, no, I didn't see that. Like, I mean, like, even with me, I remember. So, like doing this whole show, it provides opportunities and connections and stuff like that. It plays its part, right? Whatever part, it plays its part. And so I was trying to get this lady to come on my show, actually, I have to check in with her and. And she connected me with someone else. And this lady was telling me, because I was having some issues with it's like, okay, I'm getting these messages here, and I'm getting this there, and this stuff is not panning out. And so she was saying it sounds like I was having, like, interference. Like, I'm not listening to the high, higher. The ones that will come from the higher frequency. I'm getting other stuff. I still. I hear both, but sometimes, you know. So she hooked me up with this lady, and this lady had me do this whole meditation thing. She. She gave me some steps to do, and I did the steps. And then I asked what would I do? And I literally heard in my ear medium. I said I didn't hear that. It was like, medium. I was like, I made that up. I made that up. I was like, okay, I might have to do this again because this is not working.
I don't like the person. Give me another answer.
Yeah, it's not working. So I did it again. She. She said I had the weekend and that we will book a session. So I did it again on Sunday. Well, this time I didn't hear anything, but when I went to sleep. Oh, shoot. I got it in the dream. Yes. Of course my bracelet would attach to my hair in the interview and make me look crazy. Right. So I. I had it in my dream, and it was confirmed like, three times. I'm in the dream. Like, I'm like. It was said one in one thing. Show me one way. It was shown another way, and I was still confused. And it was shown the third way. I was like, oh, okay, all right, I get it, I get it. I get it.
You know, three times, like, okay, I got it. Yeah, that's like the number. Yeah, that's if you show me three times. All right. I'm not gonna argue with you anymore. You're right. I'm wrong.
Right. And it. And since then, there's been other stuff. I'm. I'm not using it to where you are yet. When I was a kid, I think it was more profound then it is. It's coming back now. So, like how you said there was like, some blocks.
Yes.
You know?
Yes.
Sometimes I think that could be going on or shadow work or whatever, But I know for a fact that I am Claire audience clairvoyant and Claire Sentient. That's what I was saying. You know, I would love to go to them classes to just really hone in on it. You know what I'm saying?
Yeah. After I'll. We'll talk about that. I'll email you the information.
Okay. Yeah, because that would be dope. That would be dope. Well, listen, I don't want to hold you too much long. We have had an amazing. This has been an amazing interview. You are amazing. Okay. Everything you came through with was awesome. I didn't even really have to ask any questions because you were just hitting on everything. I'm like, oh, my God.
