A first-person account by Ray Catania describing an out-of-body sensation where he perceives himself above his lifeless body in a room, observing a white light described as a spotlight. He experiences the light as encompassing love, euphoria, painlessness, and beauty, and reports it as the most euphoric feeling of his life.
And I was above it in a. Like a neutral corner. If you picture a boxing ring and you think of the room as a perfect square where my body was and where I was was a neutral corner looking down at my lifeless body. And in the other corner of the room is a white light that is shining only on me. It's like a spotlight. And I'm going to try to put it into some sort of context, because there's just no words to describe this. It. It's not just a light. It's. It's love. It's euphoria, It's. It's painlessness, it's beauty. It's all things. And I was one with that light. And it was the most euphoric feeling I've ever had in my entire life.
