Most people don't know that. That's the, that's the part of your mind that talks to you all day long, like that narrator that tells you you're not good enough. It's always insulting you and putting you down and hurting you. And that's got to go. We have to get rid of that ego in order to fly, in order to excel. Because what happens is we start to believe those things that the ego is saying. And the ego is not you. The ego, even though it lives within you, It's not you. It's a separate entity. When I found that out, I was like, "What the fuck?" That was a huge revelation for me.
