Dr. Ray Catania argues that humanity is fundamentally one and that we waste energy on artificial separations. Different opinions don't have to divide us; they're chances to learn from each other and make society stronger.

I think one of the biggest things we kind of covered is that we're all one. That's really the biggest message here. Lose the separators. Don't define yourself by someone else's idealism, what someone else believes you should believe. Uh, look deeply into yourself, find your own self, and acknowledge other people's beliefs when they don't align with yours. It's not an attack on you. It's just a difference of opinion and it doesn't have to be destructive. It can be the opposite. It can be a great thing. I learn from other people all the time. There's people that are always going to know more than I do and I'm going to learn from them. And then there's going to be people that I can give my knowledge to and bring them to my level. That's what makes us a powerful society. We're all one. We're all returning to that light that I saw on that day. Beautifully said.
