In this 5‑minute warm‑up video, Reena Vokoun of PassionFit guides viewers through a structured Cardio Sculpt warm‑up designed to prepare the body for a full cardio‑sculpt workout. She introduces the session’s purpose—enhancing leanness, strength, and flexibility—and then leads a series of progressive movements: a bob‑and‑weave cardio drill, side‑to‑side shuffles, hamstring curls, upper‑body arm activations, opposite‑shoulder‑to‑knee spine stretches, side lunges, runner‑style hip flexor stretches, triangle pose balances, and light kick‑boxing punches. Throughout, she emphasizes core engagement, proper knee alignment, and breathing. The routine concludes with a brief motivational wrap‑up and a call‑to‑action to visit her YouTube channel, share the video, and leave comments.

Hi, my name is Reena Vokoun with PassionFit. Today I'm gonna be taking you through a fun Cardio Sculpt workout. This workout will consist of cardio and sports conditioning. As well as sculpting and strength training for the upper and lower body with light weights, mat work for the core and glutes, followed by a nice and relaxing stretch. My goal is to help you feel leaner, stronger, and more flexible. So let's get started. Alright, let's get into a bob and weave. Let's take it side to side. Keep that core tucked in tight. Use the quadriceps and get down low. Good job. Gimme 4 more. 4, 3, and now I want you to shuffle to your right. Good. To the left. 2 more. Stay in place right here. Hold it. We're gonna move into a hamstring curl next. I want you to flex that foot, pull it down right here. Good. Strong arms, starting to warm up the upper body. Great job. Couple more like this. 2 more sets, and we're gonna bring your opposite shoulder over to the opposite knee, stretching out that spine. Make sure to suck in that core to protect your lower back. Great job. Couple more. There's 4, 3, 2, and I want you to lunge it side to side right here. Arms out and down. Couple more. And we're gonna take it over into a Runner Stretch. The right side. I want you to drop that knee or extend it. Make sure the front knee doesn't come over your toe. And extend that right arm to the back, opening up your chest. Great job. Hold it here and grab hold of your ankle, and we're gonna go into a triangle pose. Extend that left arm up. Core continues to be tucked in tight. Hold it here. All right, and I want you to take it back into the lunge. Arms out to the side. Couple more. And take it over to your left side into a runner stretch. Again, watch that knee. Make sure it's not coming over your toe. And again, drop the back knee or extend it, whatever feels most comfortable for you. And bring that left arm up to the back, opening up that chest once again. And grab hold of that ankle and come up into a triangle pose. Hold it here. Great job. Look up to the ceiling. And you're gonna gimme that hamstring curl once again. Pull it down. Couple more. And I want you to practice a couple of punches for the kickboxing segments coming up. Strong arms. Great, 4 more. Here's 4, 3, and 2. And gimme a big inhale up and exhale down. Last time, big inhale up and exhale down. Alright, thanks so much for joining me for the warm-up, guys. Feel free to check out my YouTube channel, spread the word to your friends, and feel free to leave me a comment. I'd love to hear your thoughts. See you next time!
