Hi everyone, I wanted to wish you all a very happy National Women's Health and Fitness Day, which is today, September 30th, 2020. And I want to start off just by thanking all of the members of the PassionFit community. That includes my clients, my students, my business development partners, my followers, you know, everybody in my friends and family circles that have been so supportive of PassionFit since I launched 6 years ago. Today, in my mind, is dedicated to all of you. To all the women out there that are mothers, that are professionals, that provide for their families, and that make such a huge difference in the world. In my mind, your health and wellness and your fitness is really at the center of it all. Being able to be healthy physically and mentally is so important, especially now more than ever while we're in this pandemic and these very challenging times. I can't stress enough the importance of health and fitness, and one of my greatest passions and missions is to empower women in those areas. So again, I want to thank all of the people that allow me to do what I love and what I'm so passionate about to make a difference in the world, and I want to make sure that you all know how much you're valued and appreciated. And I just want to encourage you to know your self-worth, to be able to invest in yourselves in terms of moving your body every day, really being conscious of what you're putting in your body in terms of food and other things, and just being able to be mindful and, you know, think positive both mentally and emotionally so that you can continue to thrive even with everything that's happening in the world. So again, I just want to wish you all again a very happy National Women's Health and Fitness Day. We've only just begun. There's so much ahead for all of us in this next decade, and even though 2020 has started off on kind of a weird shaky ground, there's only positive and optimistic things to come in all of our future. So here's to all of you. Thank you and enjoy this special day.
