Hi guys, happy Tuesday! I hope you are having a great start to your day. I wanted to check in with everyone that's participating in the 30-day PassionFit Walking Challenge and just checking in with all of you, even if you're not participating in the challenge, just to see how your week is going. Um, I am out here walking, um, after teaching, taking a work call. I've got another appointment coming up, so I'm just trying to fit in a quick walk in between. But I just wanted to remind you guys to keep going and don't worry if you've fallen off track. You can always pick things back up and just begin again. So if you have missed a day in the 30-day challenge, that is okay. You guys can just start again. So just try to get as many steps in as you can, fit it into your day. You know, I've gone for walks with my husband when I can. I fit it in on the soccer field last week when my kids had games and tournaments. And, um, you know, I think that's the key, is just prioritizing yourself, prioritizing your health, and getting those steps in whenever you can fit them into your day. Another quick little tip is to engage your core and engage your glutes when you walk, because that's a really good way to increase the muscles that you're working and just making those walks a little bit more effective. So anyway, just checking in. Keep it up, you guys, you're doing great. I'm here cheering you on. I know you can do it, and I'll be back with another video soon. Talk to you guys soon. Have a great day.
