In this 2022 YouTube segment, instructor Reena Vokoun leads the fourth block of a family‑focused fitness routine. The session begins on the floor with optional mats, guiding participants through two main exercises—push‑ups (with optional knee modification) and mountain climbers—each performed in sets of eight repetitions. Detailed form cues are given: shoulder‑width hand placement, core engagement, straight‑line body alignment for push‑ups, and full‑hand contact, core bracing, and knee‑to‑chest motion for mountain climbers. The instructor counts down each rep, offers brief recovery periods, encourages wrist shaking, and uses motivational language to maintain intensity. After completing one round of each exercise, the sequence is repeated for a second round, culminating in a final set of mountain climbers aimed at elevating heart rate. The block ends with a celebratory note and a teaser for the upcoming Block 5.
