In this concise tutorial, Reena Vokoun, founder of PassionFit, demonstrates three foundational body‑weight exercises—squats, lunges, and push‑ups—that can be performed anywhere with minimal space. She explains the anatomical focus of each movement (quadriceps, hamstrings, glutes, core, hip flexors, and pectorals), outlines step‑by‑step form cues (foot placement, core bracing, depth, knee‑over‑toe alignment, arm positioning, and spinal alignment), offers safety modifications (knee‑based push‑up, controlled range of motion), and emphasizes the importance of full range of motion for maximal muscle activation while preventing injury. The video concludes with a brief call‑to‑action encouraging viewers to subscribe, like, comment, and share.

Hi guys, my name is Reena Vokoun and I'm the founder of PassionFit. I'm excited to talk to you guys today about 3 tried and true exercises that you can do anytime and anywhere. They are squats, lunges, as well as push-ups. These exercises are easy to do even in small spaces, and they work the large muscle groups in your body, like your quadriceps, your hamstrings, your glutes, your core, as well as your pectoral muscles. I wanna talk to you guys today about how to do these safely and effectively so you can prevent injury and also get the most out of this workout. So we're gonna start with your feet about shoulder-width apart. You're gonna tuck in your core and then squeezing your glutes, you're gonna come down into a basic squat. You wanna make sure that you're getting a full range of motion and getting down as low as you possibly can. You also wanna look down at your feet and make sure that your knees are staying behind your toes, and you wanna tuck your core the entire time. Again, this exercise really works those large muscle groups in the lower body. Then we're gonna do lunges. So the right leg is gonna come back, you're gonna bring your arms up overhead, opening up your hip flexor. And then you're gonna bring your feet back together. Then you're gonna bring your left leg behind you and bring your feet back together again. So again, these exercises really stretch the muscles as well as strengthen them. The third set of exercises we're going to do are push-ups. So you're gonna come down to the ground, and you can either do the push-ups on your knees or on the balls of your feet. You're gonna bring your hands about shoulder width apart, and you're gonna tuck your core in almost as if you're tucking it all the way back into your spine. The key here is to get your chest to the floor. So, this is what they look like. Again, these are some exercises that are easy to do. They're basic, but they work such large muscle groups that even if you only have about 5 minutes in your day, they they can really work effectively for you. Thanks so much for tuning in. I'll be back with some more videos soon. Feel free to subscribe to my YouTube channel, like, comment, and share with your friends. Thanks so much, guys, and have a great day.
