Hi guys, my name is Reena Vokoun and I'm the founder of PassionFit. Today I wanted to talk to you guys about work-life balance and give you tips on easy ways you can incorporate workouts into your workday no matter how busy you might be. A lot of companies these days have corporate fitness centers that employees can use when it's convenient for them and their teams. So feel free to work out before work, during your lunch hour, or after work, or even other times of the day where you have the opportunity. It's also a great idea to do walking meetings with your teams. It gets everybody out of the office and out of a boring stuffy conference room and gives them a chance to get some fresh air, talk to one another, and get exercise as well. If you're looking to work out by yourself, perhaps you could do your own walk or a run on your lunch hour or another time of day. And now with technology, there's so many great apps and online videos that you can do from your smartphone no matter where you are. So find ways to work out whenever you need to during your workday to break up the day, give you a chance to relieve some stress, move your body, and clear your head so that you can come back and be refreshed and more productive. Get creative and see what works for you. Thanks so much for tuning in, and I have other great blog posts on this very topic on my website at passionfit.com, as well as more work-life balance videos on my YouTube channel. Feel free to comment, like, and subscribe. Thanks so much, guys, and have a great day. See you soon.
