Hi guys, my name is Reena Vokoun. I'm the founder and CEO of PassionFit, and in honor of International Yoga Day tomorrow, I wanted to take you through a really quick vinyasa yoga flow that you can hopefully do this weekend or any time that works in your schedule. It's just going to be a couple minutes long, and yoga is something that I have used throughout my life. Being first-generation born Indian American, yoga and meditation and mindfulness are tools that I've had to kind of, you know, take care of my mental and my physical health, connect my mind to my body and also manage stress most effectively. And I'm hoping that I can share this tool with you guys, and it's something that you can do to manage your stress and to stay positive and healthy and hopeful as well. So with that, let's get started. We're just going to go to the top of our mats. You're going to bring your feet together, you're going to tuck in your core, and you're going to take a deep breath as you inhale through your nose. Bring your hands to chest, and then you're going to exhale through your mouth as you forward fold, tucking your belly in and reaching for your toes. You're going to bend your knees knees and crouch down to all fours. And then you're slowly gonna step back with your right leg and your left leg into a plank, continuing to pull the belly in. And then you're gonna chaturanga, keeping your elbows in, bringing your chest to the floor. And then you're gonna drop down into a cobra. Then you're gonna push back on the balls of your feet into a downward dog, resting your head in between your arms and pushing your heels towards the ground. You're gonna take your right leg and tuck your knee into your chest, and then you're gonna lift that leg straight up towards the ceiling. Then you're gonna step that foot through and come into Warrior 1, lunging forward, arms straight overhead, and then you're gonna turn into a Warrior 2. From here, you're gonna reverse the warrior, reach up and over with your right arm, and then bring the opposite arm, the left arm, up and over. And then you're gonna take it down into a runner's lunge, and you're gonna lift that back leg straight up towards the ceiling. You're gonna slowly come back into a lunge and then step one foot into the other, and then we're gonna do that one more time. Inhale, hands to chest. Exhale, forward fold, tucking your belly. Crouch down to all fours. This time step out with your left leg and then your right into plank. Slowly come down into chaturanga, push up into cobra, come back into down dog. Good, pushing down on those heels. And now bring your left knee into your chest, tuck your core in, lift that leg straight up to the ceiling, bring that leg through, lunge forward, and step into warrior 1. And then come into warrior 2. Strong arms, knees and toes in the same direction. Reverse that warrior, bring that arm up, lift your diaphragm, and then bring your opposite arm up and over. Take it down back into that runner's lunge and bring that back leg straight up towards the ceiling. Step back into that lunge and bring your back foot into your front. One more deep breath, inhale, and exhale. And that's it. So feel free to do that vinyasa flow as many times as you would like. It's definitely going to get your heart rate up. You're going to be working on your flexibility, on your muscular strength, and it's great for that mind-body connection and really to allow you to get centered and to turn inward. So I hope it's helpful. Um, again, have a great weekend. Happy International Yoga Day tomorrow, and happy Father's Day tomorrow as well. And I'll be back with another wellness video for you guys soon. Take care.
