Okay. Welcome to our fabulous new office. For those of you, next time you come in, come check it out. We've just recently painted. And a little tip for those of you looking to maybe freshen up your houses or special rooms, don't be afraid to go dark. Dark is the new light, and we just did a very, very dark, almost black gray. Looks fantastic and doesn't feel heavy. Contrary to what people think. When you are picking a paint color, I'll give you a little tip. People ask us all the time, you bas want to stick with a sleeve. So if you're looking for a blue gray, a brown gray, greeny gray, start with the bottom, look at what the color tones are. And then if you're picking two or three colors within the house, stick with a sleeve because your tones will remain the same. If you're going the blue grays, they'll stick with one look. If you're going with more of a taupey gray, they'll have a more brown undertone. But this way, mixing and matching colors won't be as illogical, but actually have a flow and function and. And look great. So have fun with it. It's just PA.
