The speaker has taught the classes across all jail units, from low-risk to maximum-security and the women's facility, and describes the program's impact on incarcerated parents and their families.

And, you know, part of for us, and we learned this from you too, Richard, is that, you know, as leaders, we need to also have that experience. We need to go through the process so that we have a full understanding and be able to support our staff through the process as well whenever they find some barriers or some challenges. But no, I had the opportunity to go inside and teach these classes. Sometimes when we would have new staff, they are nervous and scared. To go inside of the jail. But we've been in every part of the Kern County Jail. In the area that's, you know, low risk, you know, a minimum security called the Farm to maximum security to the women's jail. And now they have the new facility called Justice. And now we're delivering Parents on a Mission in that facility.
So we'll start there. And then I want you to talk about your personal experience. So what have you seen over the years? What have you seen the impact of Parents on a Mission inside the jail?
