If you have an LLC, then make sure you're following these rules so that you can continue to have the personal liability protections that they provide. These rules include following what the operating agreement says with regards to how you're going to operate the LLC. You'll also want to have a separate business bank account to avoid commingling personal with business. You'll also want to sign business-related documents using the LLC's name, and you'll sign it as an authorized representative of the LLC. Rather than signing the documents personally. Make sure to also title all business assets in the name of the business. Don't title them in your personal name. And lastly, you'll want to file the annual reports to make sure that the LLC stays active. Thanks, and follow me for more.
