Hey guys, a lot of my clients ask me when and if they should start an LLC for their business. So of course an LLC is not required, but it is recommended eventually once your business starts making a little bit of money. And if you can afford it, I recommend starting it from the get-go so it's not a more complicated procedure of converting your business into the LLC down the road. But I do understand that if, you know, money is tight and you can't afford the filing fees from the get-go, and all the other fees associated with starting an LLC, then it's certainly acceptable to not start an LLC in the beginning. But eventually, again, I do think it is something to strongly consider once your business is making some money. And if you can afford it in the beginning, do it in the beginning.
