15 Years of Mysterious Illness [Candice Barley’s Story - Part 1]

Podcast interview (Holistic + Scientific) between Dr. Robert Whitfield and patient/actress Candace Borrely about a 15-year history of progressive illness the guest attributes to breast implants. Candace reports initial saline Mentor implants in ~2003 (250cc), multiple ruptures and exchanges (one exchange increased volume to ~300cc), then conversion to gummy-bear gel implants around 2011. Over years she developed chronic fatigue, restless legs, palpitations, skin issues, severe gut/hormone problems, full-body tremors, reactive axillary lymph nodes and markedly abnormal liver function (enzymes reportedly doubling every four weeks), eventually becoming bedridden. She underwent explant surgery on June 28, 2019. Testing later identified an MTHFR gene mutation. Dr. Whitfield comments on likely immune/lymphatic mechanisms (biofilm, reactive nodes, nerve irritation) and notes the liver findings as unusually severe for this presentation.
