I personally don't use any products with fluoride in them. So you definitely don't need fluoride in your toothpaste. So what you can do, you can still, if you feel like you're cavity prone and want that extra oomph in your morning and night routine, then absolutely I would look for toothpaste and products that have calcium hydroxyapatite in the ingredients. But if we can really, just testing saliva has been the most helpful in guiding our treatment. And so anytime we can test saliva before they've started their work with me, then we can hopefully help get to those root cause issues and alter their oral microbiome.
