If you were to just do one thing, get a high quality air filter in your bedroom. If your bathroom is attached to your bedroom, you probably have mold in your bathroom because you take showers in there. So you're going to have to do something like a home biotic or what I do. I just leave the exhaust fan in the bathroom on 247 because it helps to dry out the bathroom after showers and then it creates negative pressure in there. And just the other night I must have turned the fan off or, or maybe my girlfriend did and I came in in the morning and, and my bathroom shouldn't be SM smelling wet unless I got out of the shower. Right? And you just don't want that. And anyone with mold knows what I'm talking about. You have like a sixth sense. You walk into a molded place like, oh, this place isn't right and it's actually your nervous system trying to warn you.
